【175】元旦前,催货让我抑郁了一晚上

临近元旦,开店数量急剧上升。

As New Year's day approached, the number of stores opened rose sharply.


每一位客户都想早点试营业,开业。

Every customer wants to try opening early.


昨天晚上11点多了,客户还在不停的打电话,沟通开业的事情,甚至已经爆起了粗口。但是我的解释很薄弱,很无力,只能静静受着,白天的另一位客户也是在催货,包括工厂其他订单也催。

Last night more than 11 o'clock, the customer was still non-stop phone, communication opening things, and even has erupted in profanity. But my explanation was very weak. I can only be quietly under. Another customer was also in the rush, including the factory other orders also in rush.


客人的心情,我很能理解。

客户连续的催货,让我经常晚上脑子还在思考,明明做柜子是体力劳动,到我这成了脑力劳动,无时无刻在想着展柜这件事,不知道有没有同样做制造业的小伙伴也有这种感觉。

The continuous urging of the customers made me think about it at night. It was clearly manual work to make the cabinets, but now it has become mental work to me. I was thinking about the display case all the time. I do not know whether there is a manufacturing partners have the same feeling.


我们工厂的展柜订单也是,目前还有5家店铺还没下单,是预备要下单的,说真的,我都不敢接下来做了,柜台订单目前是做到12月15号前,做完到元旦只剩2周时间。

Our factory's order for display cases is the same. At present, there are still five stores that have not yet placed an order. They are ready to place an order. To be honest, I dare not do it. The counter order is currently due before December 15, only 2 weeks left until New Year's Day.


2周的时间要把5家店铺都赶到元旦前后开业,很悬,理想状态下赶得到时间,一出意外就凉凉要延迟,没有把握的事情,我也不敢去做,不能做。

因此今天就拒绝了3家店铺,让客户赶紧另行找供应商,另外两家一家是新加坡的一家是福建的,这两家呢时间没有卡的那么紧,在1月10号之前发出去就可以,这样我就有把握多了。

Therefore, I rejected three stores today and asked customers to quickly look for another supplier. The other two stores are one in Singapore and one in Fujian. These two stores don't have as much time as the card. We can send it by January 10th, and I'll be much more confident.


做定制展柜,不是标准品,是一个半工业品,每家店铺需要的配件不一样要重新采购,还有一部分呢是需要外发供应商配合制作,因此无形中就会延长很多时间。

Making custom-made display cases is not a standard product, but a semi-industrial product. Each shop needs different accessories to be re-purchased. There is also a part that needs to be made with the cooperation of an outsourced supplier. Therefore, this extended a lot of time in invisible.


以前我呢,不清楚,为什么生产会出现问题,今年一年亲自在一线做之后,才发现原来这些环节是会出现问题,并且是会出现什么问题,哪些外发的要提前做,而且提前做还要不能出错。

In the past, I didn't know why there were problems in production. This year, after personally working in the front line for one year, I found out where would be problems in and what problems would arise, and which of the outsourced ones had to be done in advance, and how to do it ahead of time without making mistakes.


并且自己做多了,什么样的柜子会出现什么样的问题自然就清楚了,实践出真知真的是真理。

And doing more personally, naturally I know what kind of cabinet will appear what kind of problem clear. Practice makes perfect.


一个是销售业务,这是全部的重头戏,没有订单,一切都是0,所以业务我要紧抓,而且要做好。

One is the sales business, which is all the key. Without orders, everything is 0, so I have to grasp business and do well.


有了业务之后,还要有一个强有力的后端支撑,所有的后端服务都是为了接更多的订单,所以目前是我每个订单都亲自跟踪,我相信这样跟踪2-3年,对我的柜台制作专业知识会增长的很快。这样的好处就是,明白可以在哪个环节改善。

After the business, we also have to have a strong back-end support. All the back-end services are to take more orders, so now I have to personally follow up every order. I believe after this tracking for 2-3 years, my counter production expertise will grow quickly. The benefit is that you know where you can improve.
