2016年大学在医院实习的时候就经常看到这样的场景，每天一堆人乌泱泱的涌进医院，我跟在带教医生后面一起出门诊，当时在骨科和妇产科，每位病人进来都是愁容满面，满脸没希望的样子，但是我的老师们都很淡定也很冷静面无表情，一看他一拍片：好没什么事，回去吃这个药就可以，再不济做个手术。然后我发现几周下来，毛病都大同小异，难怪他这么冷静，在做手术的时候也是气氛轻松，哪怕病人腿都软了。

Then I realized that after a few weeks, the symptoms were the same. No wonder he was so calm and relaxed during the operation, even though the patient's legs had gone soft.

到今时今日我终于明白了，为什么他们冷静，因为遇到的病人同症状的太多了，无非就那几个毛病，而我不冷静是因为我见识的太少，小题大做。

把展柜做好也是这样，工厂做了30多年，就像你去医院看病一样，看到几个症状就知道开什么药给你，知道吃几天你就没事了，这么多年展柜制作无非也是那一些问题。

生产过程中的时候出现问题，我一看都不知道该怎么办，主管师傅们一看，这有什么，马上想到办法就处理了，因为这种问题之前就出现过，每到这个环节一定会出现这种问题。

在组装以及出货安装过程中出现的问题也是差不多的，我一碰到客户投诉、订单逾期和质量投诉时，就紧张的不得了，被客户一怼就经常语塞，不时会有一些差强人意的话术，事后想到真的是懊悔不已。

后来一问，原来这本就会出现这种情况，出现问题怎么去解决，由于我经验尚缺，在一线又没亲身做过，所以大部分问题还要求教工厂。

自己还是太年轻了，抗压能力不够强，专业水平要提高，无论如何也要提升到能够跟主管助理这样的级别一样才行。

今天往后我对自己的要求就是做好一位展柜“医生”的角色，做一个展柜的专家，能够独立解决多种疑难杂症，让客户少走弯路。
