找我们制作2000个油漆包装盒，刚开始打样呢，是没问题的，打样就做了2个包装盒，完美通过样板，紧接着客户就打来定金，下单开始制作大货。

大货之中才真正出现了问题，手工的产品，没有办法做到百分之百完美，找遍全中国的工厂都是一样的，导致了报废率极高，做5个要报废5个，相当于要5个盒子就要做10个，从10个里面挑出5个好的。

客户的要求是漆面没有一颗白点没有一粒灰尘，没有一丝划痕，所有面都是抛光的亮亮。做出去的盒子都被退了一半回来。

140*140MM的小盒子，讲究却很大。合页是纯铜定制的，他的紧密度和开关卡住的角度都是在工厂的机器上调整了很久，光是合页就看了10多家工厂，造价比普通合页贵了6倍不止，大部分工厂都达不到要求，派了3个人出去找，在网上找，去工厂看并且打样才合格的，现在还经常断货。

内饰的烫金logo也是，之前做的戴比尔斯的小盒子都没有这么复杂的工艺。大部分盒子烫金一遍就过，这款盒子先上一遍色，再冷烫一遍，这样的logo有深度且烫金的颜色不会被扣掉，如果一定要暴力使用非要使用蛮力，那就另当别论了。

This type of box would first be colored and then cold-pressed again. This logo would have depth and the bronzing color would not be deducted. 由于数量少，开模成本高，当时选择了用木胚来制作，这个木胚是上下前后两头圆弧，圆弧的用手工包几千个，其中也有包的不一样的角度，角度不同，但是内饰是开了刀模的,都是一样内饰，外盒却有点轻微不同，没有办法，木胚也是报废了好多。

至于漆面是重头戏，关键中的关键。漆面找了合作的4家工厂，没有一家愿意接，哪怕加钱人家现在都不愿意做，一是要求高,二是产能低数量又少，工厂同样的时间做别的货产能高出货快返工率低，4家厂子都不愿意做，但是接了客户的单了，顶着石头都要做完，好几家厂子收了钱又退了，宁愿亏本也不想再做这款盒子，磨了太多工时。

当时，我也差点想放弃了，同样的时间，我做别的品牌盒子，或许早就出货了。但是我骨子里是不愿意认输的，不到最后一刻不能放弃。

最后又跟我们厂长协商商量，这批盒子或许工厂是亏本在生产的，工人都做的怕了，看到这款盒子都后怕，但是客户要用 ，我们再费一些时间，又重新做了一批盒子，这次精挑细选，当然要达到客户的要求，一定是报废很多个的。

They were all afraid when they see this type of box, but the customers needed to use it. We would take some more time, again made a batch of boxes. This was carefully selected.
