上个周末回浙江丽水处理了点事，量了一家200平二奢店的尺寸，周日在嘉兴参加了一场婚礼。

这位客户李老板是9月份在网上加了我，他也特别爽快，加了没多久就直接下单制作，第一笔订单一共是5万元，打款特别快。他是非常信任我们的，没见过面直接汇款，而且出了货之后，又介绍了帮他做装修的公司，说明他对我们工厂的品质和服务都是很认可的，不然也不会转头就介绍给别人。

装修公司来工厂看过之后，又下了几笔订单，他们也是非常好沟通的人，只要客户体验好，就无条件配合我们制作。

紧接着李老板那家店铺又需要补做3个吊柜，他一样找到了我们厂来制作，本着老客户的原则，第二次下单都优惠了，因此单价也降下来了很多，一共是8500元，椭圆的吊柜没想到最后制作超出了成本，但也不好意思跟客户开口再增加费用，算了，这笔订单就这样出货了。

工厂制作呢是有个原则，包括合同上也会写明仅仅只是制作费用，不包含运输费、安装费、垃圾清理费用以及商场进场费用，因为不涉及到现场硬装，只专心做好展柜。所以没有特殊的柜子需要自己一定要出去装的，都是让客户在现场接电安装，主要也是出于效率和成本方面考虑。

柜子前两天就叫了货拉拉发到广州商场，李老板也交代我写装修公司的电话让他收货安装，我以为事情就这样结束了，没想到又来了这么一出，他又出了700元运输和安装费用给到装修公司，这我确实是没想到的，后面安装的流程不归我管。

本来合同上是没有这项运输安装的服务的，我自然也就没多想没给客户提供安装，其次，我做业务2年，做生意的经验实在太少太少，摸不清头脑，很多说话都弄不懂，这次之后，正好当给自己积累经验了。

Originally, there was no such service for transportation and installation in the contract, so I naturally didn't think much about it and didn't provide any installation for the customers. Secondly, I have been doing business for two years, and my experience in doing business is really too little. So I can't make heads or tails of it. A lot of words do not understand. After this time, just as the accumulation of experience for their own.
