交期的关系，拒绝了接近10笔订单，直到今天，还有客户要来制作展柜，有上市公司的订单，也有国际知名品牌，也有一些私人老板的店铺。

昨天有一位香港的客户做化妆品的展柜，还有一位是海南的装修公司，需要做珠宝展示的高柜。

Yesterday, a Hong Kong customer wanted to do cosmetics display cabinets and there was also a decoration company in Hainan to do jewelry display high cabinets.

香港的是比较着急，我们加了VX沟通，一来就发施工要求和数量，应该是找了蛮多家厂来看的，我跟他说，这个化妆品品牌的展柜我们可以制作，之前有给别的公司也做过这个品牌。最关键的是出货时间，时间上客户想要在1月份出货，他第一次做这种展柜，并不知道具体周期要多久才可以做好。

我必须要对他实话实说，不仅仅只是木作，如果只有一种材质那肯定是很快的，赶工一下都可以做好，但是还有玻璃的配合，不锈钢，皮料的配合，灯光和锁具如果是定制的就要预留好时间，不能为了接单而满口答应，到时候出不了货耽误的是你们。

因此又拒绝了这笔订单，让客户到处再去找一下。客户又问那明年什么时间可以出货，我回复他要明年的3月份出货。正是因为制作过，才懂得想把这件展柜做好，必须要做好这么多步骤预留好时间。

还有一位老板是海南的公司，他是希望能有现货的展柜，正好他在装修一家店铺，具体是什么类型的我还没有咨询，需要几节独立展示的高柜，到处问了几家工厂，都没有做现货的。

差不多从12月份初开始就没有再接单了，把手头上的订单处理完差不多要1月15号，陆陆续续接的订单，都排到明年的3、4月份出货，东莞周边和我们长期配套的供应商人家也元旦后很多预备放假，供应商不上班，单单我们厂上班也出不了货，干脆俺也早点放假，好好总结，把货款都结清，回家过个好年。
