好久没有动笔写文章了，最近一周忙于婚礼各种的事情，虽然每个环节都找了专业的团队来操持，但是还是有很多需要自己亲力的事情，弄的我精疲力竭没有一点心思写文章拍视频，因此耽搁了一周没有发任何文章。

周二晚上1点回到东莞家里，昨天一大早来到工厂，来鑫峰展柜厂发一批很重要的展柜货品。

我们工厂实际上是已经放假了，3天前全部的同事都已回家，我留了1位师傅还在工厂收尾打包这批柜台。

Our factory is actually already in a holiday, 3 days ago all colleagues have gone home, I left a master still in the factory finishing packing this batch of counters.

这组柜台是客户2月份在香港珠宝展上使用的，客户是做培育钻的品类，因此选用的柜台颜色也是粉、白、浅灰，这一类比较少女感的颜色和造型，不比传统的黄金珠宝富丽堂皇的感觉。

This group of counters was used by the client at the Hong Kong jewelry show in February. The client is doing breeding diamond. Therefore, the colors of the counters chosen are pink, white and light gray, which are more girly colors and shapes, not as regal as traditional gold jewelry.

其实接这笔订单的时候，我们工厂是不太愿意接的，当时确定好一切已经是1月10号了，我们的供应商大概都是1月18号放假，我们自己工厂也是安排到1月20号放假的，而且从12月底开始就没有接年前出货的订单了，如果是年后3月份出货是可以的。

Our suppliers were probably on holiday on January 18, our own factory is also arranged to have holiday on January 20, and from the end of December, there is no pre-shipment orders, except it can be shipped after the march.

这个客户找了我两次，第一次和核对工艺和价格，她都觉得OK没有问题，其实我们工厂价格真的不便宜，客户采购也是根据她的预算来的。

This customer looked for me twice, in the first time and when checking the process and price, she felt no problem. In fact, our factory price is really not cheap, customer procurement is based on her budget.

就好像我们买一瓶矿泉水，有2元的娃哈哈也有十几元的巴黎水，巴黎水的销量在高端场合一直居高不下，如果买东西只看价格，那巴黎水都灭绝了。我们鑫峰展柜厂已有30年，都是做类似于卡地亚品质的展柜和道具，现在像我们这样的工厂很少的。30年都是做高标准的展柜，而且工厂有专业的全职设计师10个，我们不做便宜的展柜。

到最后，客户没办法了，因为她知道，现在工厂都放假了，没有工厂愿意再给她制作，她现场搭建是有展会搭建工厂给她做的，但是精致的异形展柜他们厂又做不了，必须要找我们专业做展柜和道具的公司来制作，所以她真的是没辙了。如果我再不做，那或许要开天窗了。

In the end, the client had no choice, because she knew that now the factory was on vacation, and no factory was willing to make for her. Her on-site construction was made for her by an exhibition-building factory, but the exquisite abnormal display case is what they can not do. Anyway, they have to find a professional display case and props company to make, so she is really helpless. If I don't do it soon, she may have to open the skylight.

看着客户诚恳的态度，还有她们非常漂亮的造型，我就跟厂长商量，哪些部分可以先做，协调下工人的时间，可以到20后之后加补工资补车费给到他们，在热弯厂为了赶上进度也是加了双倍的制作费用，这才得以顺利出货。

Looking at the sincere attitude of the customers and their very beautiful appearance, I discussed with the factory director which parts could be done first, coordinating the time of the workers and after 20, I would increase the salary and car allowance to them. In order to catch up with the hot bending plant, we double the production costs, which in the end can be shipped smoothly.

把展柜的十几张细节照片和视频发到群里客户一看，她只能连发两句“好看”来表示认可。好的东西一眼能看出来是好的，如果它不好客户还硬夸它好，那我想我也没这本事。本来想邀请她来验货，她表示在厦门出差，直接让我们打包送去报关了。

If it is not good, for customers it is also hard to praise it, then I think I do not have the ability to lie. Originally I wanted to invite her to inspect the goods, but she was in Xiamen business trip, directly let us pack to customs.
