【195章娅妮说展柜】装修为什么容易遇坑?

无论是家装还是工装,哪怕是有经验的老鸟,也会被坑的不浅。


我总结了以下几点原因:


1、装修是一个比较复杂的项目,大部分人一辈子做过的最大项目就是装修。


复杂意味着不可控,节点多,出事概率高,如果是夫妻新婚一起装修,最后搞到离婚的都不少,还有业主跟装修公司反目成仇的比比皆是。

大部分人对于装修的复杂度低估了,我自己装修过不少工装项目,但依然心存“恐惧”。


所以现在好多装修公司甚至终端客户,让我们工厂给他们一起承包下来,展柜把现场装修一起做了,我都没接。

装修哪怕一个插座装错了位置,带来的影响都是很高的,返工成本巨大,这跟我们做展柜是一样,厕所下水道堵了也得让你给他负责。

2、大部分装修公司就是草台班子,哪怕是看着很牛掰的公司。

以为花了100万,遇到的都是专业的人,错的,跟花10万的师傅可能是一波人,只不过换了个马甲而已。干活师傅是流动的,哪里有活哪里干。

与人打交道,是很头疼的,为什么装修累?累在沟通上。

不管是预算几百万的别墅,还是几十万的家装,遇到的问题基本上就是两类,钱和人,不断的加预算和不断的跟人吵架,有解么?


无解。

全世界所有甲方里面,要装修给钱的房东,是最惨的甲方之一,装修就是渡劫。


经历过几次店铺装修之后,我就不接触这方面了,当然了,如果硬要学习的话,可能交3年学费,也可以做好。


但是我认为做好自家展柜厂的销售业务才是重中之重,展柜和道具才是我们最擅长的部分。


2024年要聚焦生产奢侈品展柜,不是像别人说的,只要是展柜,只要我给钱,你就可以做。钱到位,飞机大炮都能造。NONONO,并不是这样的!


未来一定是聚焦生产制作才最有竞争力,聚焦在奢侈品展柜和道具上,死磕品质和设计感。像之前,扪心自问,做的品类多一定挣钱吗?未必。很多时候做的订单品类多,是因为订单业务不够,东凑西凑,把不太擅长的订单也拿来制作,因为工厂的员工不能停,得有活干。


这时候也显示出我们自己的业务范围不够广,比如我们针对高端珠宝店铺展柜的业务,全球有那么多珠宝商,不计其数的珠宝品牌,像我们这样的工厂产量,70多人的工厂,做不了太多订单,只要抓住几个客户足够足够了。
