【217大小姐说展柜】展柜外贸出口运费怎么算

3月19号在小红薯一个客户给我留言:


“展柜出口运费会不会让很多海外客户望而却步?”


我看了眼她的IP地址确实是在美国,很多像这样在海外的客户无论是华人还是外国人都有实际的采购需求,他们在海外也是开珠宝零售店的,到一定时间就需要更换装修更换珠宝展柜和陈列道具。


我一直认为现在物流系统这么发达,不会再有人担心这种运输问题了。往往就是这样,惯性害死人,我以为的只是我以为,要站在客户的角度上去考虑问题。生产工厂在中国东莞,但是客户所在地是在美国,她也是第一次制作,自然会有很多顾虑,首先担心的就是运输问题,无论工厂做的好不好,要先能运输到客户店里。


2020年,有一批珠宝展柜发到菲律宾的,王小姐是广东人很早之前到菲律宾去开珠宝店,她们家据说也是世代做珍珠、彩宝这一块。她是属于老店开了10年,现在要在商场里面开一家新店,新店的设计方案也由当地的设计师出好了,客户就拿着图纸找了当地的装修公司。


装修公司可以起到什么作用呢?我真不建议大家做“全包”,现在都是大家各自做自己擅长的部分,最终要把呈现效果做到最佳。装修团队他们可以把现场的基装、天花、地面、隔墙、水、电路都做好,但是店铺里面的软装部分是没办法在现场生产的,例如沙发、地毯、木作墙柜、珠宝展柜、橱窗、门窗等等这些有很多特殊性都要在工厂制作好运过去。

全款下单大约30天之后,20多米柜台就已打包好,这时有两个选择,客户可以选择让我来替她找货代(我厂也有长期合作的货代公司),他们公司就很熟悉我厂里这种货物的特殊性,不容易被海关扣下,还有一个选择就是客户自己找货代,她也有其他采购的装修材料要一起运,两种方法都可行,最后我是把展柜做好出口包装送到她指定的港口仓库,差不多到这就结束了。

I always thought that now the logistics system is so developed, no one will worry about this kind of transportation problem. Often is like this, inertia killed people. I thought is only I thought. We need to stand in the customer's perspective to consider the problem. The production plant is located in Dongguan, China, but the customer is located in the United States. It is also her first time producing. Naturally, she will have many concerns. The first concern is the transportation problem, regardless of whether the factory is doing well or not, it should be shipped to the customer's store first.


In 2020, a group of jewelry display cases were sent to the Philippines. Ms. Wang, who is from Guangdong Province, went to the Philippines a long time ago to open a jewelry store. It is said that her family has been making pearls and colored jewelry for generations. She belongs to the old store opened for 10 years, and now to open a new store in the mall, the design of the new store by the local designer out. The client took the drawings to find the local decoration company.


Decoration company can play what role? I really do not recommend to do “All-inclusive”. Now everyone do their own good parts, and ultimately have the best performance. The decoration team could finish the basic installation, ceiling, floor, partition wall, water and electric circuit on the spot, but the soft installation part inside the shop could not be produced on the spot, such as sofa, carpet, wooden wall cabinets, jewelry display cabinets, windows, doors and windows, etc. . These have a lot of particularities so they need to make in the factory and deliver.


So the customers find the factory which produces the display case separately. It was not easy to be detained by the customs. Another option was for the customer to find a forwarder herself. She also had other decoration materials that she purchased to ship together. Both methods were feasible. Finally, I finished the display case for export packing and sent it to her designated Port Warehouse, which was almost finished.
