【220大小姐说展柜】工作日记

周一早上在工厂接待了一批柬埔寨的客户,当然他们第二天就下单啦,下午又出去上课。


周二上午也是在工厂培训学习,期间10点的时候还接待了2位算是“同行”,他夸我是行业知名人士,有点害羞。下午出去朋友公司聊了一下外贸的情况,晚上回到家还直播了1小时。


周三上午11点,接待一批深圳的装修公司,他主要是做营业额超过200个小目标的公司展厅,他们的客户都高端都不差钱儿,因此他们也要找高端的工厂合作,下午又出门去看供应商做的配件。


今天周四,在外面跑了3天,难得一天可以不出门了,开心。


今天在办公室就可以记录一下一天主要做了什么,其实这几天有点累,总是晚上12点多睡,早上6点半左右就醒,今天是世界睡眠日要早点休息。

Tuesday morning is also in the factory training study, during the 10 o'clock time also received two as a“Peer”, who praised me as a well-known industry. I am a little shy. In the afternoon I went out to a friend company to talk about foreign trade, came home at night for 1 hour live.


At 11 o'clock on Wednesday morning, I received a group of decoration companies in Shenzhen. He mainly worked in the showrooms of companies with turnover of more than 200 small targets. Their customers were all high-end and did not lack money, so they also look for high-end factories to work with, and in the afternoon go out to see suppliers do accessories.


Today is Thursday, which is a rare day that can not go out after running outside for 3 days. How happy I am!


Today at the office can record the main day to do. In fact, in the past few days I am a little tired, always sleep at 12 pm and wake up at around 6:30 am. Today is the World Sleep Day to rest early.

叮咚,刚上班,北京的客户把柜台尾款付了,不过发货要晚几天发,因为他现场还有些收尾工作没做完,那就暂放几天吧,但不能放太久,工厂灰尘太大。


上午8点39分来了一个客户咨询,是广州的客户,要做一个展柜放在他的办公室。


中午11点又来了个咨询,是在东莞做全屋定制的公司,他的客户要做珠宝展柜,因此他就帮他的客户找工厂做,这不正巧就找到我了嘛。


12点,我的好友推荐了一个在揭阳做翡翠的客户,不过我理解她,她们是做档口的,其实并不需要高端展柜,她们面对的都是批发商,品质需求不高,因此我把这个订单推掉了。


午睡了一个半小时,起来继续工作,下午一直在和4波客户沟通,曼谷、香港、广西北海、还有中山市博物馆的,其中3家都敲定完了,就等定金到账。


还有一个客户是美国的,他们是一家大型外贸公司,专做珠宝展柜和橱窗道具的,他告诉我之前都在福建做,但是福建的工厂很多产品要外发到广东,因此配合度极低,出货时间从来不准时,所以这次也是想找新的供应商,客户找到我们是不会失望的,很多年前我没啥业务为了接单也会承诺客户时间,现在只做力所能及的事,钱,该是你的就是你的。


这次出去学习,也学到一句鼓舞人心的话:不要焦虑,做好眼前的事,该来的会来,该有的会有。虽然这句鸡汤文在网上也经常看,但是确实对创业者帮助很大,平静心态,脚踏实地。


不知不觉时间又来到了五点半,下班的点了。


五点四十六分,有个湖南客户联系我,问我们展柜怎么制作,是一个女老板,做珠宝的。


六点十三分了,一位王工添加我的微信,他们是想把部分划转品柜台外包出去,才在网上找到我们工厂,加了我的地球号。


晚上6点回家,做了腊味煲仔饭+番茄蛋汤,幸福的一天还没有结束,晚上9点半在家直播呢。

At 12 o'clock, my friend recommended a jade client in Jieyang, but I understand her, they are doing stalls, in fact, do not need high-end display cases. They are facing the wholesalers, quality demand is not high, so I turned down the order.


After an hour-and-a-half nap, I got up and went back to work. I spent the afternoon talking to four groups of clients: Bangkok, Hong Kong, Beihai, Guangxi and museum in Zhongshan, three of which has placed order, just waiting for the deposit.


Another customer is from the United States. They are a large foreign trade company, specializing in jewelry display cases and window props. He told me that they used to work in Fujian, but many of the products from Fujian's factories will be sent to Guangdong, therefore, the degree of cooperation is extremely low, shipment time is never on time, so this is also to find new suppliers. Customers will not be disappointed to find us, many years ago I did not have any business in order to receive orders will promise customer time, now just do what we can. Money, what is yours is yours.


This time out to learn, learning an inspiring words: Don't worry, do the things in front of you, the will come will come, some will have will have. Although this sentence is often read on the internet, but it really helps entrepreneurs a lot. Calm mind. Down to Earth.


Before you know it, it's 5:30. It's time to get off work.


At forty-six, a client from Hunan contacted me and asked me how to make the display case. It was a female boss who do jewelry business.


At 6:13, a customer added my wechat account. They wanted to outsource part of the transfer counter, so they found our factory online and added my Wechat.


Home at 6:00 pm, we made a pot rice and tomato egg soup. Happy day is not over. 9:30 pm at home I will live broadcast.
