今天7点来到工厂,自从调整了作息,10点睡6点起之后,感觉白天多了很多时间,精神状态也比之前更加好了。
可能是这个年纪就爱嗜睡的原因,之前总是晚上不舍得睡,白天起不来,导致这样恶性循环。刻意调整之后好多了,早起的时间可以学习英语半小时,也可以下楼运动半小时,晚上10点之后就不看电子设备了,客户的消息无论国内国外都第二天早上起来再处理,反而这样做事的效率更高了。
人的一生如此漫长,身体第一、事业第二,想把展柜事业做好,也要有一个好的身体,再者跟我们的产品属性也有关系。来买展柜的客户,没有一个是急吼吼的,说是这一个小时之内就一定要把展柜定下来的了。他们都是需要沟通细节,而且不是一时半会就会采购,可能是了解工厂过后一年半载才会下单,大量采购的客户也是需要来看厂、审厂,所以其实不是那么着急,不需要硬加班熬夜。
5月也快过完了,还剩下一周不到的时间。
回顾整个5月,拿下了2个国外客户——日本和以色列。这两个客户都是4月份来工厂看过,谈了产品制造细节,他们非常满意,最后谈了付款方式,其实应该一开始就要“先礼后兵”,所有客户联系我们之前,都明白找展柜大小姐章娅妮做展柜是不能赊账的,而且价格还不便宜,因为我们厂都是对标国际一线大品牌的制造质量。
付款条件同意之后,开始付了全款的设计费做设计方案,方案大约改了7-8稿,通过之后,也付了3倍的打样费用,现在到月底了,样板也大致快完成,当然了,打样费用我告诉客户,虽然我们收的是高一些,但是出来的产品绝对比你东奔西走找到的厂家做的要好,而且下单量达到我们的起订量之后,是可以退返样板费用。
关于国内的订单,做了广西的一家手表店,还有深圳的一家店铺,另外还有一个是山西的老客户,前年制作过,今年又重新翻单制作。还有不计其数在洽谈的客户,做业务的首要还是客户要认可我们,而不是我们硬推销,让人家更反感,客户愿意来工厂看,愿意主动找我沟通是最重要的。
Today, I arrived at the factory at 7 o'clock. Since adjusting my sleep schedule to go to bed at 10 pm and wake up at 6 am, I feel like I have gained a lot more time during the day, and my mental state has also improved compared to before.
Perhaps it's due to the tendency to sleep more at this age. I used to struggle with staying up late at night and being unable to wake up in the morning, creating a vicious cycle. After deliberately adjusting my schedule, I feel much better. In the morning, I can spend half an hour learning English and another half hour exercising. After 10 pm, I refrain from using electronic devices, and I handle customer messages, both domestic and international, the next morning. Surprisingly, this has improved my efficiency.
Life is so long, and health should always be the priority, followed by career. To excel in the showcase business, one must also maintain a good health. Furthermore, the nature of our products also plays a role. None of our customers who come to purchase exhibition stands are in urgent need, saying they must decide within an hour. They all require detailed communication, and it's not a matter of immediate purchase. It might take them a year or even longer after visiting the factory to place an order. For large-volume customers, they also need to visit and audit the factory. Therefore, there's no need to force ourselves to work overtime or stay up late.
May is coming to an end, with less than a week remaining.
Looking back at the entire month of May, we successfully secured two foreign clients from Japan and Israel. Both of these clients visited our factory in April, discussed the product manufacturing details, and were highly satisfied. We then discussed the payment terms. In fact, we should have been clearer about our policies from the start. All clients understand that when they contact Showcase Lady Zhang Yani, they cannot expect to delay payment and that our prices are not cheap, as our factory aligns with the manufacturing quality of international top brands.
After agreeing to the payment terms, the clients paid the full design fee to proceed with the design plan. The plan underwent approximately 7-8 revisions before being approved. Following approval, they paid three times the sampling fee. As we approach the end of the month, the sample is nearly complete. Of course, I informed the clients that although our sampling fees are higher, the final product will definitely be of better quality than what they can find from other manufacturers. Additionally, once the order quantity reaches our minimum order quantity, the sampling fee will be refunded.
Regarding domestic orders, we have completed projects for a watch store in Guangxi, a shop in Shenzhen, and a recurring order from a client in Shanxi who had previously worked with us. We also have numerous other clients in the negotiation stage. The key in business is for customers to recognize and trust us, rather than forcing sales and causing them to feel disgust. It is crucial that customers are willing to visit our factory and actively communicate with us.
