因为当你每天醒来的时候，你将永远不用去工作，你只需要起床去享受乐趣即可。你会觉得生活太美好了，「有终身之乐，无一日之忧」，很多人觉得工作很辛苦只想躺平当一条咸鱼，尤其在今年我深深感觉有一份工作并且可持续发展的可以做下去是一件多么幸福的事。并且这份工作是你喜欢的，可以带给你比较体面的生活。

我就想每天卖好展柜和陈列道具，人家都想有什么双休，什么节假日啊，我不需要的。真不需要的，每年只要春节休息3天就可以了，做事业要鼓着一股劲，一鼓作气，也不喜欢游山玩水，虽然都说大自然可以放松心情，但是我比较喜欢逛商场，每个国家每个城市最豪华人气最旺的商场都喜欢逛，隔一年去看都有不同的收获，看他们不同门店不同品牌的设计感和陈列，尤其是一些顶级奢侈品店铺，逛商场也不失为一个放松的好办法，工作生活一举两得。

也喜欢看书，现阶段没有看一些哲学和历史的书，也不看小说，我看心理学的、销售的、还有一些设计的书籍，都是很实用跟工作相关的书籍，平面设计、品牌设计、商业设计，反正都看一些，因为对于设计没有天赋，后期要靠很多时间和案例来恶补，看书也很重要，每天早上要固定时间看1-2个小时的书。

今年不能说7天，但是一周有6.5天都在工厂，平均一天在工厂的时间超12个小时，在工厂吃，在工厂工作。很多外行甚至同行都觉得做工厂很辛苦，展柜是个苦行业，其实不然。我在工厂学了很多，做生意的技巧，包括生产设备还有工艺情况都摸熟。所以为什么说一定要回来自家企业做事，当下的社会现状，哪怕海归回国也不一定能找到所谓不辛苦的好工作，这早已不存在。任何人走出社会，在自己的领域做出点小苗头赚到钱，就一定有3-5年的吃苦和踩坑，但是在自家企业，一年的历练足矣，不仅仅是有人教有人带，而且我父亲跟我是血浓于水的关系，真的对我是倾囊相授毫无保留的传授，在外面工作的话人家吃饭的窍门怎么会全部教给你呢？所以我觉得，是我先天条件好，后天得争气点。

职业不分贵贱，工作环境也不分贵贱，现在难道还有不辛苦的职业吗？要打破这个天真的想法。

我们工厂虽然小，但是可以把制造质量做到国内细分领域的Top1%，提高制造质量是义不容辞天经地义的事，不然一个工厂存活了30年，难道整天靠吹牛？骗一单是一单，天下哪有这等好事能吹30年？

接下去要逐步对标奢侈品展柜、陈列道具的品质和设计感，夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。

Doing a job that you love is like waking up every day not to work, but to enjoy something you're passionate about. Life feels so wonderful, and having a sustainable career that you truly enjoy is a tremendous blessing. It provides you with a decent living while fulfilling your interests.

I love selling exhibition stands and display fixtures. People often talk about weekends and holidays, but I don't really need them. All I need is a three-day break during the Spring Festival. Working with dedication and momentum is my preferred style. While others seek solace in nature, I find joy in exploring malls. Visiting the most luxurious and popular malls in different countries and cities offers a unique blend of relaxation and inspiration. Observing the designs and displays of various brands, especially top luxury outlets, is both work and play.

I also enjoy reading. Currently, I'm focusing on books related to psychology, sales, and design. These are practical reads that enhance my work in areas like graphic design, branding, and commercial design. I'm not naturally talented in design, so I rely on constant learning and practice. I dedicate one to two hours each morning to reading.

This year, I've spent most of my time in the factory, often exceeding 12 hours a day. Many outsiders, even those in the same industry, think working in a factory is arduous, but I've learned so much. I've gained insights into business practices, production equipment, and craftsmanship. So that is why do you have to go back to your own company to do things, the current social situation, even if you return to China, you may not be able to find a so-called good job, which does not existed. Working in my family's business has been invaluable. The one-year experience I've gained here is equivalent to three to five years of hardships and pitfalls in other workplaces. My father has been incredibly supportive and generous with his knowledge. If you work outside, how can you be taught all the tips of earning money? So I think it's because I have good congenital conditions, and I have to compete for the day after tomorrow.

No job is more noble than another, and work environments shouldn't be judged as such. In today's world, there are no easy jobs.

Although our factory is small, it can achieve the manufacturing quality to the top 1% of the domestic subdivision, and it is incumbent on us to improve the manufacturing quality, otherwise a factory has survived for 30 years, is it all day long? Lying a single is a single order, how can there be such a good thing in the world that can be blown for 30 years?

Next, it is necessary to gradually benchmark the quality and design sense of luxury showcases and display props, and consolidate the supplier status of the top 100 brands.
