刚在车间拍完视频，衣服都搞得比较脏，头发都很油了，这时从我们楼梯上来2个人。

我愣了一下，才想起来一个客户，是昨天跟她约的，但她是去年就跟我联系加了微信，真的是整整一年，总算现在是有一点订单做。然后这个客户呢比较巧，她是在意大利那边做设计师的，但她呢又是中国人，而且跟我们还算是老乡也是浙江人，这可不就巧了嘛。

我们竟然是同一个县城的，所以老乡见老乡非常激动。还是个大美女设计师，然后她这次，主要是他们有个珠宝连锁店。在欧洲意大利那边去开，大概现在有几百家门店，其实她自己也有个木工厂在意大利，但是在那边做出来的东西，首先一个是人工高，这个就算了，然后东西做的不理想，就没有我们这边东莞中国做的东西好，就不够精致，又很粗糙，而且做出来然后成本又很高，所以她就回来找这样的厂来做，希望能帮他们批量制作。

我刚刚跟她聊了很久，看了很多东西，包括车间，我们的样板室，包括我们自己其实都跟他介绍了一个遍，然后她就非常满意，非常不错，当场还把她们另外一个项目的采购也介绍给我们。

最主要的是我也了解了她的需求，她的预算，他们需要把展柜做到什么样的程度，因为是连锁店嘛，她柜子不是一个两个会跟预算会有很大的关系，他们有几百家门店要做，而且未来可能会有更多，因为现在在国外这种加盟的形式还是非常流行的。

我就了解了她的情况之后，那之后合作的这个价格肯定是符合她心里的预算的。近30年来，迪士尼漫威、卡西欧、飞亚达等近百个品牌，授权鑫峰厂定制展柜。我们厂肯定是非常专业，比她在意大利做要好很多，所以她离开工厂的时候还是说我们这里是非常非常不错，很满意，我还是挺开心的，毕竟得到了客户的认可嘛。

Interestingly, this client is a designer based in Italy, but she's Chinese and even a fellow Zhejiang native, which made the encounter even more delightful.

She's a beautiful designer who's opening a jewelry chain in Italy with hundreds of stores. She also has a woodworking factory there, but the products made there are not ideal due to high labor costs, lack of precision, and roughness, resulting in high costs. Therefore, she came back to find a factory like ours to help them with mass production.

We had a long conversation, and I showed her around the workshop, our sample room, and even introduced our team. She was extremely satisfied and even introduced us to another procurement project of theirs.

The most important part is that I understood her needs and budget. Since it's a chain store, the number of cabinets they need is significant, and the budget is crucial. They plan to set up hundreds of stores, and there might be more in the future, as franchise models are quite popular abroad.

After understanding her situation, I believe our pricing will definitely meet her budget. Our factory, Xinfeng, has been authorized by nearly a hundred brands like Disney, Marvel, Casio, and Fiyta to customize display cabinets for over 30 years. Our expertise and quality are undoubtedly better than what she can get in Italy. When she left, she praised our factory as exceptional and expressed her satisfaction, which made me feel quite happy as it's always great to receive client recognition.
