【264大小姐说展柜】展柜销售的自我修养

今天认识了一个新概念,叫坏消息法则。


意思是说,一个人如果听到好消息,平均会把它传给6个人,但是如果听到的是坏消息,那么这个数据就变成了23个人。


人们更愿意去分享坏消息,而不是好消息。


俗话说,好事不出门,坏事传千里,果然是有道理的。


恰好今天看到一段话,说,在商业领域,没有回头客思维是做不成事的。


首先,自己有没有被坑都是能发现的,发现之后,大家肯定心情都不太好,就别想着有复购了,其次坏名声是很容易传播的,即便是流动性极强的商业场所,而坏名声一旦变成共识,那就基本破产了,至少是信用破产。


这一点我觉得自己做的还是比较好的,我从小父亲就在他工厂办公室挂上“诚信赢天下”的牌匾,因此这几个字就开启了我做展柜生意的底层逻辑。


自己做生意之后,偏向于做回头客生意,虽然我的价格是贵了一些,而且还不赊账,但是我喜欢给予客户高于预期的展柜和服务,所以我会在产品的制造质量上花很多小心思


我对市场占有率没有很大的野心,我对自己的目标是,让客户有大品牌的展示效果和高性价比,成为展柜、陈列道具的一线网络品牌。


我们鑫峰厂的口碑也一直蛮好的,就这样历经了30余年,70%客户跟工厂合作超过15年以上。同时,鑫峰展柜厂也保住了它的江湖地位。


做品牌就是做的回头客,品牌意味着什么?


质量稳定,服务可靠,第一次的消费跟第N次的消费,基本没什么不一样。


参考我们经常吃的肯德基,麦当劳,是不是一切都很可预见?


回头客思维也就是长期主义思维,意味着在意店铺老板和顾客的体验和口碑。


而我也已经用“章娅妮”这个名字注册了展柜品牌,这代表了我此生都不会转行,也代表我要把展柜做好的决心。


作为自家展柜的销售者,我对自己销售的产品的要求是:


1.逐步对标大品牌展柜、陈列道具的品质与设计感,夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。


2.在鑫峰展柜厂的责任范围内,不收费、无条件全整改,做到客户满意为止。


3.我最痛恨的是偷工减料和以次充好,因此要做到配称鲁班弟子的工艺与技术,配称大国工匠的全品质。毕竟,想要赢得客户的认可和尊重,首先要得到自己的认可。


Today, I encountered a new concept called the "Bad News Principle".


It suggests that when a person hears good news, they tend to share it with an average of six people, but if the news is bad, the number jumps to 23.


People are more inclined to spread bad news rather than good news.


As the saying goes, "Good things don't leave the house, but bad things travel a thousand miles." It turns out to be quite true.


I also read a passage today stating that in the business world, without a mindset focused on repeat customers, one cannot succeed.


Firstly, customers can easily detect whether they have been cheated or not. Once they do, their mood is bound to be affected, making repeat purchases unlikely. Secondly, bad reputations spread easily, even in highly mobile commercial environments. And once a bad reputation becomes a consensus, it often leads to bankruptcy, or at least a credit collapse.


I believe I've done quite well in this aspect. My father has always hung a plaque inscribed with "Integrity Wins the World" in his factory office, which has deeply influenced my underlying logic in running my own showcase business.


Since starting my own business, I've focused on repeat customers. Although my prices are higher, and I don't offer credit, I strive to provide customers with showcases and services that exceed their expectations. Therefore, I pay great attention to the manufacturing quality of my products.


I don't have a big ambition for market share. My goal is to provide customers with the display effect of a big brand and high cost-effectiveness, making my showcase and display props a first-tier online brand.

As the salesperson of our own showcases, my requirements for the products I sell are:


Gradually aligning the quality and design of our showcases and display props with big brands, solidifying our position as a supplier to top-tier brands.

I abhor cutting corners and substituting inferior materials.
