我们应该是星期一的时候，就前天，一个台湾的客户下了一笔订单。

其实他是一个手表品牌公司，是台湾的，然后大概我们加了微信一年了，期间一年都没有联系过，这两天下了一笔单。我觉得他是我遇到为数不多特别爽快的客户，价格造型什么都让我们来提供，他们来选择。

所以我觉得这就是你去服务高端客户的好处，就是他们也不跟你磨叽，他觉得你有能力做好这个事儿，然后什么都不跟你谈，你只要保质保量，然后按照交期帮我出货就行。

我觉得他们也是特别有礼貌，这个好像真的是不知道是刻在骨子里的还是怎么样哦，不仅他们老板是这样，包括他们下面的员工跟我对接，有好几个都是特别有礼貌。感谢二字可以带来愉悦的心情，咨询完展柜，你说句谢谢，其实对我没有任何实质意义，我的银行存款不会增加，但会让我心情愉悦。人就是这么奇怪。

包括这笔订单定金汇了之后呢，他就希望我们能给他稍微给他加急一下，因为他们7月份有个展会，要用2套，其余的还要到时候要发到海运过去，发到台湾那个公司。

今天我就给他准备了烤漆的色板，都是亮光的。这个色板我们先是通过国际潘通色卡，因为我们有色卡的，我其实这里有一个就是有亮光的哑光的，就客户颜色都可以做，油漆厂的机器帮我们调好颜色。

但是如果客户他自己手上没有这本色卡呢，也没关系，我们有电子色卡给他选，然后选了之后，我会再做这样的实物的色卡，然后给他确认我们油漆做出来的效果，他确认OK了，才会做大货。

We received an order from a Taiwanese client on Monday, two days ago.

They are a watch brand company based in Taiwan, and we have been connected on WeChat for a year, albeit with no prior communication. They placed an order recently, and I find them to be one of the most straightforward clients I have encountered. They entrust us with providing pricing and design options, and they make their selection from there.

I believe this is the advantage of serving high-end clients; they do not engage in unnecessary negotiations. If they believe you are capable of delivering quality work, they will not hesitate to proceed. Your responsibility is to ensure quality, quantity, and timely delivery.

I also find them to be exceptionally polite. This politeness seems to be inherent in both their leadership and their staff members who interact with me. A simple "thank you" can bring a sense of joy. Although it does not increase my bank balance, it certainly elevates my mood. People are indeed peculiar in this way.

Upon receiving the deposit for this order, they requested that we expedite the production as they require two sets for an exhibition in July. The remaining units will be shipped via sea freight to their company in Taiwan.

Today, I prepared glossy painted color samples for them. We initially utilized the international Pantone color card as we possess our own set. I have options for both glossy and matte finishes, and we can accommodate any color the client prefers. Our paint factory adjusts the colors accordingly.

However, if the client does not possess a physical color card, it is not an issue. We provide digital color cards for their selection. Once they make their choice, I will create physical color samples for them to confirm the final paint effect. Only after they confirm the samples will we proceed with the bulk production.
