2公分呢，下面这个调节脚就可以根据现场情况来调，也是最快解决的一个方法，我们一定不会逃避自己的责任了，都以最快最有效的方法给客户解决。要是真的不行，该重做还是得给客户重做，但是呢，这个脚放在最底下呢，然后它下面又是地毯，确实发到店里组装起来高度就一致了，也看不到底部。

The floor condition of our factory, shopping malls, stores, including wooden floors, carpets, and soft carpets, can all cause inconsistencies in height. To ensure the countertop is level, we provide customers with those black adjustable feet.

When the technician installs it, they adjust it to the same height, which is a good approach. This is based on experience. However, in this case, the height difference is too significant, reaching 2 centimeters, while the adjustable foot can only adjust 1 centimeter. What should we do then? We can only make a stainless steel inner sleeve (visible in the video).

With this 2-centimeter sleeve, the adjustable foot can be adjusted according to the site conditions, which is the fastest solution. We will never evade our responsibilities and always strive to provide the fastest and most effective solutions to our customers. If it's really unavoidable, we will redo it for the customer. However, as the foot is placed at the bottom and covered by the carpet, once assembled in the store, the height will be consistent, and the bottom won't be visible.
