成就感才是驱动的原动力

从小到大，我们的概念里有滴水穿石，坚持就是胜利，等等这一类的概念。高考前，模拟成绩一直没有提升，对高考失去信心，父母告诉你一定要坚持到高考，工作了，在任职的岗位上一直没有起色，你告诉自己怎么样也要做满2年。殊不知或许是复习方法用错了，或许是这个岗位并没有用到你的长处。

我以前也是这样，不轻言放弃，甚至现在也是这样。这点是我父亲遗传给我的。自从做了展示柜厂家的销售之后，尤其在今年专注于线上推广，我的同行和老师告诉了我许多方法，我也一直在实践中，在官网做SEO，做内容，哼次哼次发现做了一两个月没有用户来询盘，这时候我不是再埋头苦干，而是带着疑问去问老师。谈坚持毫无道理，而如果这时候哪怕有一个客户成交，无论大小，这时候都不用告诉自己要坚持，自然而然就坚持了，这就是成就感，所以现在我是觉得，成就感很重要，坚持是反人性的，我在网上做的一些行为，最终都是为了成交客户，为了想提升展示柜厂家的销售业绩。
