周二的时候，客户发了一条微信消息，说下午想来工厂看看。

在此之前，我们已联系过2次，冯先生是广东人，他有家店铺在商场一楼是新租，预备装修起来做钟表维修。

这不，就在网上找到我了，冯总咨询了一些基础的问题，非常非常的客气有礼貌。

“他问我，能不能去现场量尺寸”

我回答他“量尺寸去肇庆商场只需要一天时间就足矣，我们不做免费设计和免费量尺寸，但是现在目前是已经有大致的尺寸图，我们先根据图纸把平面图布局好，平面图纸没问题，就可以做效果图，再去量尺寸”

客户就说，好的，他考虑一下。

我们工厂是不会催单逼单的，要给客户时间，毕竟做展柜不是一笔小数目，不是随便买包方便面，顾客之所以不下单一定有他的顾虑，我们一般都是选择优先服务那些愿意相信我的客户。

过了2天到了周二，近期我报了会计班财务课程，正好那天一大早9点我就到学校上课去了，上课旗舰我把手机都调整成了静音，就是为了专注一些。于是乎，那天客户一大早联系我，我到了中午下课12点才看到电话，吃饭间隙给他回了一个电话。

“维修间10个平方，我们的设计费用是3000元一套图纸，下单到工厂，有工程师会上门复核尺寸”

为什么一定要上门亲自量尺，许多客户对于尺寸是稀里糊涂的，所以没有把握的，都要派厂里工程师上门去量尺寸，前几年有几次都是由于客户提供的尺寸不准确，因而做出来许多展柜用不上，所以后来都会跟客户说清楚，量尺寸的费用省不了，一个店少则投入几十万，多则投入上百上千万，这笔钱真省不了。

冯总心理还有点嘀咕，提出下午到工厂来看厂，这我是非常乐意的，毕竟我们是正正经经做展柜生意的工厂，不是中介，他能来，我自然万分乐意。

我们展柜厂有个定律，来工厂看过的客户90%都会下单制作，果然，冯先生也没有逃过这个定律，2点钟到厂，2点20分就转了全款的设计费。

他说，我们不仅是个工厂，还是个有点规模有点年份的工厂。

这下，他就放心了。

Mr. Feng said he would consider it.

Our factory never pressures or rushes clients into making decisions, as creating display cabinets is a significant investment, not like buying a packet of instant noodles. We understand that customers may have concerns and always prioritize serving those who trust us.

Two days later, on Tuesday, I had enrolled in an accounting and finance course, and I was at school as early as 9 am. To focus better, I had set my phone to silent mode. Therefore, I didn't see Mr. Feng's message until noon when I finished my class. I returned his call during lunch.

"The repair room is 10 square meters. Our design fee for a set of drawings is 3000 yuan. Once an order is placed with our factory, an engineer will visit the site to double-check the measurements."

The reason we insist on in-person measurements is that many clients are unsure about the dimensions. In the past, there have been instances where inaccuracies in the client-provided dimensions resulted in unusable display cabinets. To avoid such issues, we make it clear that measurement fees are non-negotiable. After all, investing in a shop can cost tens of thousands to millions of yuan, so this step cannot be overlooked.

Mr. Feng still had some doubts and proposed visiting our factory in the afternoon. I was more than happy to oblige, as we are a legitimate display cabinet factory, not an intermediary. Most clients who visit our factory end up placing orders, and Mr. Feng was no exception. He arrived at 2 pm and transferred the full design fee by 2:20 pm.

He commented that we were not just a factory but a well-established one with years of experience. This reassurance prompted him to make the decision.
