这里其实是我们一楼一个割玻璃的区域，是没有像其他工厂一样把它外包的，我们全部厂房三层楼，都是自己用的一些产品。

因为我们做展柜嘛，玻璃都是超白玻。然后在另外一边，还有一些是绿玻，就是普通玻璃就透光性没那么好，但是有些客户他也同意用这种，他自己希望用这种，当然这跟他的要求有关系。

这边是磨玻璃，楼上2楼还有洗玻璃的机器，磨玻璃的机器，那楼下呢，主要是裁割玻璃的。为什么说自己要弄一个割玻璃的部门？当然你也可以外发给别人做。

我们工厂就不一样，90%的工序都是自己做的，而且是核心的都掌握在厂里。自己做呢，首先订单量够，然后呢，配套各方面会方便一点，尤其是做玻璃，你在外面做，有时候尺寸一个毫米两个毫米始终就对不上，所以我们还是坚持自己做紧密度会更好。

This area here is actually a glass cutting area on our first floor. Unlike other factories, we don't outsource it. Our entire factory, which spans three floors, uses our own products.

Since we specialize in making display cabinets, we use ultra-clear glass for the majority of our projects. And on the other side, we also have green glass, which is regular glass with less light transmittance. However, some clients prefer this type, depending on their requirements.

This side is for grinding glass, while upstairs on the second floor, we have machines for washing and grinding glass. Downstairs, the main focus is on cutting glass. The reason why we have our own glass cutting department is that we believe in having control over 90% of the production process, with core competencies remaining in-house. By doing so, we ensure that firstly, our order volume is sufficient, and secondly, it's more convenient for us to manage all aspects of production, especially when it comes to glass. When you outsource glass work, sometimes there can be discrepancies in measurements as small as one or two millimeters, so we insist on doing it ourselves to ensure better precision and tightness.
