各位老板早上好，我是展柜大小姐章娅妮，今天想讲一个公司展厅的事。

因为现在就蛮多人，包括很多上市公司找我们给他制作展厅，展厅里面不是说天花地面墙面那些我们都做，我们只做里面的柜子，就是其实是做整个展厅的很小的一个部分。而且很多也是承包商，就甲方承包给那个装修公司，或者那个工程公司，他找我们做的。

比如说一个项目，尤其一个上市公司，可能他一个项目就500万，然后他做展柜呢，在我们这里做也能做十几二十万，而且他们的展柜，都是一些异形或者带一些互动功能的，反正不是传统的展柜，但是传统的展柜也做。今天也是做首饰品牌的一个老板找到我，他们是在广东中山。

我前几天因为我在外面游学嘛，所以就有些客户找我，我也没怎么回他，所以就今天想起来讲这个事情，他们的展厅设计的很有腔调，也是做珠宝的很有腔调，他觉得我们的话可能是价格他觉得有点贵。

其实我是这么想的，它其实整个展厅也才70个平方，很小不大的，尤其做这种珠宝的，就现在已经如此内卷的情况下啊，我觉得再去做那些很低端的一些饰品，其实我这应该是不太挣钱的。据我了解，我跟客户聊天，他们都说不太挣钱，你反而是做那种高溢价的，有品牌效应的那种，反而是挣钱。尤其是一个展厅，很多客户来，就像客户来我们厂，我们厂是很大呀，加上宿舍都1万多个平，又是自己盖的，厂房是很大，虽然说年份有点久，十几年了哦，但是毕竟工厂还是很大的，客户很多时候去车间他不会全部看完，除非那个来的人是同行，他就这个环节也要看，那个环节也要看，一般客户都不会来看的。

哪个珠宝品牌老板他说把你每一个车间都看完了。我们深圳那么多上市公司来验厂，他们连车间都不看，就算看也是走马观花溜达一下。所以这时候最重要的是什么？

就是展厅。

我们就是展厅小，就我想一家做产品的公司，产品有没有腔调，就是我们全部产品的，一个公司的身价其实都是体现在这个展柜上面的，都是体现在这个展厅。公司的身价和一个品味都是靠这个体现出来的，而不是说靠你的车间啊，你的占地面积多大，就很多客户，他车间可能就看我们，我们总共三层车间，他可能就看一层，因为我们确实是确确实实存在的工厂，包括他那个珠宝加工厂也一样，他虽然说也做自己品牌，那客户也是看展厅，看产品。

所以我觉得展厅真的就是就像一个女孩子的一个门面啊，就是你这个封面都不好看，你怎么吸引人去继续读下去，就是这个道理。所以现在我也想开了，包括我们自己工厂的展厅，我把它策划好了，我也要投入一笔钱去把它装修好。

Lately, many people, including listed companies, have been approaching us to create their exhibition halls. But mind you, we don't handle the entire hall—just the cabinets, a tiny part of the whole thing. Often, we're contacted by contractors who've been hired by decoration or engineering companies on behalf of the clients.

For instance, a project for a listed company might cost them 5 million, and our cabinets could account for a mere 100,000 to 200,000 yuan of that. And these cabinets? They're not your usual ones; they're custom-shaped or equipped with interactive features. Traditional ones, we do those too, of course. Just recently, a jewelry brand owner from Zhongshan, Guangdong, reached out to me.

I've been traveling for studies lately, so I haven't been as responsive to clients. Anyway, their exhibition hall design is super stylish, just like their jewelry. They mentioned that our prices seemed a bit steep for them.

You know what I think? Their entire hall is just 70 square meters, small and cozy. In this highly competitive jewelry market, going low-end just doesn't cut it anymore. From what I've gathered, even clients admit that low-end stuff isn't very profitable. It's the high-end, brand-driven stuff that really brings in the bucks. And when it comes to exhibition halls, they're the first thing clients see.

Take our factory as an example. It's huge, over 10,000 square meters including dormitories, but it's been around for over a decade, so it's not exactly brand new. When clients visit, they don't necessarily go through every workshop. Unless they're in the same industry, they might just take a quick peek. The same goes for jewelry factories; clients focus on the exhibition hall and the products.

So, what's the key takeaway?

It's the exhibition hall. It's like a girl's first impression—if her cover photo isn't appealing, who'd bother scrolling through her profile? Similarly, a company's worth and taste are reflected in its exhibition hall, not the size of its workshops or floor space. Even when big-name companies from Shenzhen come for factory inspections, they often just skim through the workshops.

That's why I've decided to invest in revamping our own factory's exhibition hall. Does spending tens of thousands on an exhibition hall still seem expensive to you?
