给中山吴总设计的一家二奢店历时20天，总算把图纸设计方案定稿了。

有包括西装定制、手表定制、手表维修、钻石珠宝售卖、洽谈区这几个板块。

还有通过隐藏门可以进入到后面文员办公区域，不过在效果图上没有详细画出。

这家店铺从8月4号开始出图，7月26号当天去现场走了一趟（如以下图一），过去主要是希望能够当面沟通客人的想法，毕竟现场出真知，在能够可以实现的情况下，我们都希望可以去到现场，这样对出方案也有好处，效率更高。

去现场收集现场的照片，门头四周，场地内的情况，有没有消防栓消防门之类，整体的店铺吴总想以2号台球，宝蓝色调为主。

现场去完之后，回来开始搜集资料，找意向图。

设计工作的时间节点是整个初稿时间预计7个工作日，周六日休息：

1）8月5日收齐资料

2）两个工作日需要找意向图，预计周一中午4点线上对接一下整设计风格的意向，具体区域设计构思，以及空间配色方案

3）三个工作日做模型出图。预计下周三下午5点线上过一下整个模型的设计，没有灯光材质的初图。

4）一个工作日做模型的调整修改。下周四修改后发工作群里

5）一个工作日渲染初稿效果图。

我们定一个初稿大致就是这样的流程速度。

途中第一稿的方案不满意，因此延长了一个周期，还好第二稿客人非常满意，是他想要的感觉。

The design for Mr. Wu's second-hand luxury store in Zhongshan has been finalized after 20 days of work. The store includes sections for bespoke suits, custom watches, watch repairs, diamond jewelry sales, and a consultation area. There is also a hidden door leading to an office area for administrative staff, which was not detailed in the renderings.

Work on the drawings began on August 4th, and we visited the site on July 26th (as shown in Picture 1). The purpose of this visit was to better understand Mr. Wu’s vision and preferences through direct communication, as being on-site often provides valuable insights. We collected photos of the storefront, surrounding areas, and interior, noting the presence of fire hydrants and emergency exits. Mr. Wu expressed a preference for a color scheme inspired by billiard table green and dark blue tones.

Following our site visit, we began gathering materials and reference images. Our design timeline included the following milestones, with weekends set aside for rest:

1. **August 5th:** All necessary materials were collected.

2. **Two Working Days:** Reference images were selected and a virtual meeting was scheduled for Monday at 4 PM to discuss the overall design style, specific design concepts for each area, and color palette.

3. **Three Working Days:** A model was developed and preliminary drawings were created. A virtual review of the initial model, without lighting or materials, was planned for Wednesday at 5 PM.

4. **One Working Day:** Adjustments were made to the model based on feedback, and updated versions were shared in the project group chat on Thursday.

5. **One Working Day:** Initial rendered visuals were produced.

This was the general process and timeline for the initial draft. After the first proposal was not well received, we extended the process by one cycle. Fortunately, the second draft met with Mr. Wu's approval, achieving the desired aesthetic.
