而且包括新客户,我都是第一时间就邀请,邀请他过来我们工厂看。


但是呢,下单之后我就不太愿意,就是我就不希望客户再过来工厂,或者说是频繁的过来工厂。


为什么这么说呢?


首先下单之前,你为什么一定要来我厂里看。首先你要确定,我章娅妮是不是一个真实的工厂,包括我们的规模、我们的做工、我们的工作人员配比,包括我这个人。我觉得都要认识一下,就我们整个工厂的一个状况,如果你下单之前不来看,尤其是一些大客户,我都是邀请,在外国的我都会邀请。因为也就是一张机票嘛,甚至有时候是一个高铁,那对比你的订单来说,对比你的店铺后续的合作展开是非常非常有好处的。


所以下单之前,我就是 100%的客户都会发出邀请,但是来不来还要看客户个人,因为有些客户觉得远,反正我相信你们工厂,做就做了,我也不管了。


但是大客户,尤其是一些品牌公司的、上市公司的,甚至是国外的,他们还是会过来一趟,就先了解我们这个工厂,把你工厂的前世今生都查个底朝天,验厂不仅仅只是“厂”,还要检查你的文化,你的社保,老板个人。


然后来过厂里看过厂之后的客户90%都会下单,还有那10%不下单不是因为我厂里品质不行,而是他们自己的预算不够。


我觉得我是跟别人不一样,别人很多人都是不希望客户来工厂是吧,觉得自己厂怎么不干净怎么样。但是我们是很真实的,我虽然说我们厂也不干净,有些卫生、有些纪律也做不好。但是我希望客户他能能够了解真实的我们的展柜厂,我是正心正念做生意做展柜的。


而且客户又不是要买我的工厂,工厂大不大跟他也没有关系是吧。一个厂不能弄得跟五星级酒店一样,工厂有工厂的样子。

Why do I insist that you visit our factory before placing an order? And why do I extend this invitation to new clients right from the start, but become less keen on having them visit the factory after they've placed an order?

Before placing an order, it is crucial for you to come and see our factory. You need to ascertain that Zhang Yanni is a genuine manufacturer with a certain scale, quality workmanship, and a suitable staff-to-work ratio. It’s important for you to get acquainted with the entire operation of our factory. If you don’t visit us before placing an order, especially if you’re a major client, I will invite you. For international clients, I might even cover travel expenses, which could be just a flight or a train ride. Compared to the value of your order and the potential for long-term cooperation, these costs are minimal.

Therefore, before placing an order, I extend an invitation to 100% of our clients. Whether they choose to come depends on their individual circumstances; some may find the distance inconvenient and trust us enough to proceed without a visit.

However, major clients, such as those representing brands, listed companies, or international businesses, often take the time to visit. They want to thoroughly understand our factory, not just in terms of production capabilities, but also our culture, social security practices, and the character of the management.

Almost 90% of clients who visit our factory end up placing an order. The remaining 10% do not proceed due to budget constraints, rather than issues with our product quality.

I approach things differently from many others. Some manufacturers prefer not to have clients visit their factories out of concerns about cleanliness or other issues. However, we strive for transparency. While our factory isn’t spotless and we may have some shortcomings in terms of cleanliness and discipline, I believe in conducting business with integrity and honesty. Our clients aren't buying the factory itself, so its size is irrelevant. A factory doesn't need to resemble a five-star hotel—it should look like a factory.
