今天也是在我们车间里，我发现一个问题，这个灯条真的真的是不能乱用的，之前呢我对灯条的研究还不是特别深，但是我们老板和我们一些主管，他们对灯条研究还是比较多，今天又学习到一个新知识——带透镜的灯条不适合用于展柜内部。

这位客户是一个卖珍珠的客户，他就是要求我们用这种带透镜的灯条，而且卖灯条这个厂家是他提供的。

那我想我们工厂有自己用开的灯条供应厂家，但是客户提供了嘛，也是想着就试用一下先，并没有大批量采购。

结果这一用，不用不知道，一用就发现了非常非常非常多的问题。

第1个就是功率非常大，非常大，这种带透镜的灯条真的不要乱用，完全不适合柜台内部去用。因为我们柜台内部就是二三十公分的高度，其实高度不高，完全没有必要用这种带透镜的。

带透镜的灯，它是射程远一些，然后更加聚光，功率大，24伏，我们柜内灯条都是用12伏的，它一个柜台用24伏的太大了，对于客户他们制造的成本也会高一些。

第2个是功率大，必然导致发烫，半个小时就非常非常烫了，都放在玻璃展柜里面，也是烫手的很。

第3个是品质差。才测试半天，明显两颗灯珠已经不亮了，就是你寄一条样品给我就已经是这样了，我根本就不敢用他们的这种灯条，而且我们的柜台呢是圆弧的这种，拉弯还有难度。

所以就有很多问题，你看这边这节是我们自己的灯罩，顾客站柜台前面看珍珠，其实是看不到它的灯珠的就不刺眼。但是这种灯条就不行，他们这种角度是在大众市场上通用的角度，他们做产品灯罩没有经过测试，像我们这种灯光的这个角度噢，我们自己经过测试它就是不刺眼了，你刚开始呢不知道，现在呢有了对比，你才比较好理解他们这个之间的差异。

做展柜，鑫峰展柜厂是付出了300%的努力去钻研，所有的配件、产品用到工厂来生产绝不是偶然，也不是因为价格便宜，我最恨供应商跟我说价格便宜，便宜意味着质量、品质、售后、效果都要打个问号，贵的东西除了贵，还真的挑不出毛病。

光是小小的一个灯条和灯罩的配合，我们打样开磨具就花了1年多的时间才定下来全厂通用这种灯罩，色温、阈值、角度、光照的方向，而其他展柜厂往往只知道一个色温。

Today, while in the workshop, I encountered an issue that I'd like to share with you. It's about light strips and how they should not be used indiscriminately. Previously, my understanding of light strips was not as deep as it is now, but our boss and some of our supervisors have extensive knowledge on this subject. Today, I learned something new: light strips with lenses are not suitable for use inside display cabinets.

We had a client who sells pearls. They requested that we use these light strips with lenses, and the supplier of these light strips was even recommended by them. Our factory has its own trusted suppliers for light strips, but given that the client provided their own recommendation, we decided to try them out without committing to a large purchase.

Upon using them, we discovered several significant problems:

Firstly, the power consumption is extremely high. These light strips with lenses are simply not appropriate for use within cabinets, where the height is only around 20-30 centimeters. The lenses are designed to cast light over longer distances and provide more focused illumination, but this feature makes them too powerful for such close quarters. In fact, they operate at 24 volts, which is significantly higher than the 12 volts typically used for cabinet lighting. This higher voltage not only increases the cost for the client but also leads to the second issue.

Secondly, due to the high power consumption, the light strips get very hot within half an hour. Placing them inside glass display cabinets can make them uncomfortably hot to the touch.

Thirdly, the quality of these light strips is subpar. After just half a day of testing, two of the LED bulbs had already stopped working. Even with a sample, the reliability of these light strips is questionable. Additionally, our display cabinets have a curved design, making the installation of these light strips more challenging.

In contrast, here is a section of our own light diffuser. When customers stand in front of the cabinet to view the pearls, they won't see the individual bulbs, avoiding any glare. However, the light strips provided by the client do not offer the same level of comfort. Their product is designed for general market use and hasn't undergone rigorous testing like ours. We have spent over a year refining our light diffusers, ensuring that the color temperature, intensity, angle, and direction of the light are all optimized. Other display cabinet manufacturers may focus solely on color temperature.

I strongly dislike suppliers who emphasize low prices, as lower costs often mean compromises in quality, performance, and after-sales service. Expensive products, on the other hand, usually deliver what they promise.
