【317大小姐说展柜】什么人啊,第二次见面,就下80%预付款做展柜。

我清楚认识到


现在世上最贵的不是黄金,不是钻石,而是信任。


有了信任,可以产生千万种可能,没有信任,哪怕他咨询了你N次,也不会下单的。


这次这位客人就是这样,其实第一次的时候他找过我,但是那时候厂里太多订单,根本没办法再去完成他的订单,于是就婉拒了。

这一次他又找了我,那怎么滴都得给他制作。


昨天早晨(2023年11月07日)就迫不及待来工厂见了第一次面,谈话间,我让他对我对我们工厂的定位和硬件条件都有了个初步的了解,再带到车间去看制作的产品和人员配套。


他不得不下单,我们初步统计过,来工厂看过的客人10位有9位都会下单。


我的老师曾经对我说过,什么叫做客户?


我们的准客户首先要付得起钱,二是要对品质有极高的要求,这两者不能颠倒顺序。对品质要求高,但是却付不起款,这不是昏倒了,首先要有足够的预算,品质让我们来把握。


这位新客户就是这样,他们的品牌因为有协议不能对外说,已是国际上一线的手表品牌,因此对工厂的制作要求也是极高,他一来就对我说,报价单的价格我不跟你讨价还价了,但是品质、材质、细节 必须高要求,严格按照我的标准,不可有任何差池,并且交期要跟上。


这才是有钱人大品牌的样子啊,从他们给到我们的图纸,我们工程师就被折服了:


“这才是真正能落地,懂结构的好设计”


连一个锁孔,几颗螺丝钉打在哪里都画的清清楚楚,不像我们之前收到的图都是一个大概,没有要求,能做出来就行。


抠细节的图纸,必定会造就一个好的出品,所以今天来工厂第二次碰面,我们工程,主管,老板,5个人坐下来谈了1小时,把所有的细节都抠到位了。


所有的五金和配件都是默认国际一线品牌,临走之前,甲方立马就安排了定金,工厂马上就安排开始画工程图,预备下单。


很多人都说生意难做,但是我们厂的订单越做越高端,逐步对标国际大牌的设计感和制作要求,夯实了百强品牌供应商的地位,未来我也仍会继续坚持我的原则和使命,让客户有大品牌的展示效果和高性价比,成为展柜、陈列道具的一线网络品牌。

This time he called me again, so I had to make it for him no matter what.


Yesterday morning, we couldn't wait to come to the factory to meet for the first time. During the talk, I led him to have a preliminary understanding of our factory's location and hardware conditions. Then I brought him to the workshop to see the production of showcases and personal.


He was so satisfied that he placed an order. We have preliminary statistics that 9 out of 10 customers who come to the factory to see will place an order.


My teacher once said to me, what is a client?


Our prospective customers must firstly be able to pay, and secondly, have very high requirements for quality. The two can not reverse the order. High quality requirements without ability to pay, this is like fainting. First of all is enough budget, and the quality let us grasp.


This new customer is like this.Their brand can not tell others because of an agreement, but they are already a top-tier watch brand in the world. Therefore, they have extremely high requirements for the production of the factory. This was what big and rich brands look like. From the drawings they gave us, our engineers were impressed:
