中午在我们工厂食堂吃完午饭，我们是11:30吃饭，然后吃完午饭呢，稍微走了一下，因为你刚吃完了，还是要稍微消化一下，不然血糖很容易升高。

然后我就回到办公室，听听音乐，吹吹空调，在这里写完了一篇960个字的推文，我现在每天都会写一篇，我就刻意练习强迫自己写，无论写工艺也好，写工厂的事情也好，写出货写客户写业务，反正每一篇字都要接近1000个字左右，每天就逼自己写，反正就找时间写。

然后现在写完了，时间12:50，拍个视频讲一下，等会13:00就去睡觉，我们下午1:30上班，还可以休息半个小时，就在办公室，因为办公室我们有那种折叠椅，就在这里休息一下，我觉得很舒服，真的，就现在这年头就是我们有工作做有业务做，有客户信任我们，选择我们工厂去制作展柜，然后我们又能保质保量的给客户完成。

不是说像以前啊刮风下雨顶着大太阳出去开车找客户，现在完全不需要这样去找客户了，现在都是客户顶着大太阳过来看厂，因为我去他那里看没用，都是他过来看一下我们是不是一个实际的工厂，现在的运营情况、做的产品，包括我这个人他都想认识一下，所以现在都是客户来工厂谈。

下午也是有一个客户，他说他3:00或者3:30之前吧到我们这里，所以我就正好在厂里就等一下他就挺好的，我觉得现在的这种业务情况生活情况都挺好的，又不是很辛苦，大家都比较顺利做的。所以就我们现在就每天就是做一些推广，把自己给宣传出去，把工厂宣传出去。
