【323大小姐说展柜】山东老板在澳洲开连锁珠宝店,在我这里定制高端展柜

相信你的客户,要追着你,采购你的展柜和陈列道具;不相信你的客户,哪怕咨询了N+1次,也不会找你买展柜。


昨天晚上有位澳大利亚的网友,还是位小姐姐,着实让我感动。


先是DOUYIN给我留言,有时候留言太多我回复的不及时。因为在境外,她也不能直接拨打我们留的虚拟电话,就在百度上搜索我,这一搜就搜索到我们工厂官网了,官网主页上留了我的电话,这样才拨通了国内的电话,想找你的客户,真的千方百计地都会找到你,找不到你的话,那也没啥可惜的,因为也不是我的目标客户。好笑的是,我的反诈骗意识太“强”了,看到显示澳大利亚的,直接挂了,直到又打了2遍,事不过三,第3遍就接了。


这通电话沟通了20分钟,了解了她们是山东人在澳洲当地做生意很多年,举家定居在澳洲。她们公司一直从事珠宝生意,现在开始做一个美国的珠宝品牌,预备大面积在澳洲线下铺店,在国外实体店并没有受网络太大冲击,用户的购买习惯还是在线下,当然她们做澳洲的线下市场肯定是有自己的优势的。我又问了她们有没有自己的仓库,跟经销商之间的卖货方式是怎么样的?拿货是不是全款拿,拿多少珠宝可以送这一节展柜,展柜的费用是谁来出?在每家店要铺多少节展柜。


人家可能又想,你就做个柜子,还要问这么多问题吗?


老板娘听声音也是个非常亲切的人,我们的20分钟谈话也很愉悦,不像很多网友一接通电话就急吼吼的要问价格,好像报了价格他就会买一样,100%以上的情况是这样的网友到最后都不会买你的展柜,原因并不是我的展柜品质不好。。。挂了电话之后加了VX,她特地拍了个2分钟小视频讲解她需要的大概展柜造型和用途,虽然我们还没见过面,但是能感觉到她是一个非常有礼貌的人,也是个细节控。


而我之所以要问这么多问题,也是要了解清楚客户的准确需求,才能够真正的帮助到她把这些展柜落地,而展柜形象是做生意吸引客户很重要的一个方面,其次展柜占他们的销售成本很大一部分,她不是只开1家2家,一个品牌但凡开起步都是100家乃至1000家以上,推广才有点规模感,到处是你们的品牌,而不是只开个位数。这样的客户她需要的和单门店客户需要的是完全不一样的,而我们鑫峰恰恰这30年来是服务了迪士尼漫威、卡西欧、飞亚达等近百个品牌,而且展柜和道具可以同时设计和制作的工厂,国内没有第二家。

Sometimes, due to the high volume of messages, my responses can be delayed. As she was overseas, she couldn't directly call our virtual number. She then searched for me on Baidu, which led her to our factory's official website where she found my contact number. This demonstrates that a client who is genuinely interested in your products will go to great lengths to find you. Interestingly, due to my strong anti-fraud awareness, I initially hung up upon seeing the Australian caller ID. However, after the third attempt, I finally answered.


Our conversation lasted for about 20 minutes. She shared that her family, originally from Shandong, has been living in Australia for many years and is deeply involved in the jewelry business. They are now launching a new American jewelry brand in Australia, planning to open multiple physical stores. Despite the rise of e-commerce, brick-and-mortar stores still play a significant role in consumer purchasing habits in Australia. I asked questions regarding their warehousing arrangements, sales models with distributors, payment terms, and how they plan to distribute the cost of display cases among their inventory.


Some might wonder why a cabinet maker would need to ask such detailed questions. However, these inquiries were crucial to understanding their specific needs and ensuring that we could deliver the best possible solution. The client, whose voice exuded warmth and friendliness, was not in a rush to discuss prices but instead engaged in a pleasant conversation. Unlike some callers who immediately jump to pricing, this client did not exhibit any sense of urgency. After our call, we connected via WeChat, and she sent a two-minute video outlining her vision for the display cases and their intended use. Although we hadn't met in person, her politeness and attention to detail were evident.


The reason for my thorough questioning was to ensure that we could fully support her business by providing tailored display cases that align with her requirements. Display cases are a critical component of retail environments, significantly impacting customer attraction. Given that she plans to open more than just a handful of stores, the scale and nature of her needs differ significantly from those of single-store clients.
