日本展柜出货啦！

耗时一个月，终于都顺利做完了。

这一批展柜是发到日本的，之前有人来厂里看过，他说很简单，其实其中有非常非常多的讲究。

首先我们展柜这个 logo，它是日语的。这个logo呢我当时想的是用来贴，因为它logo非常小，日语笔画非常多。做亚克力字就做不了，笔画太细了，于是提议出来说用背胶来贴，但是突然一想，背胶也有个问题，这个天气热了，它比较容易起胶，会掉。

最终讨论了一个方法——丝印。

另外还有两个大字，大字我是准备用来做那个立体字的，立体和平面相互辉映就比较有感觉，不能全部都做平面字，这个一个是logo方面的。

还有电线方面、包括变压器方面都是有日本的FES认证的，至少成本要高出3倍。其实这些都还是比较花心思的。

其实客户他倒是没有说一定要说日本认证的，但是我们这个为了以防万一，万一海关或者商场的检验人员，他说你没有认证怎么怎么滴，不让你进场就比较麻烦。所以我还是给他做了认证，当然成本是增加了不少，包括柜台底部下面的这个连接器，它可以任意三面走线。

插座用的是日本的那种二插头的，就是适用于日本的插座，包括柜内油漆都是给他做了处理，像我们这样把内部处理的和外部一样光亮的细节是很少的。

灯条和角度还有色温都是经过多方测试，之前做了一个样板，在样板的基础上，也是改了非常多次吧，一些角度的问题、字体的问题，都改了挺多的，还是非常用心的在做这个展柜。

果然客户很满意，最后验货在视频里看了一遍，就汇了尾款，派了一个同事来看一眼就出货了。

其实找我们的客户都很爽快，不墨迹，主要还是他们是有钱人，展柜是小项目，每次只要我们品质OK，过关，付款那是分分钟的事。我应该感激，我们全厂齐心协力把品质提升了，感恩客户选择相信我章娅妮。

The Japanese display cases have finally shipped after a month of hard work.

This batch of display cabinets is headed to Japan. Previously, someone visited our factory and mentioned that they were simple, but there were actually many intricate details involved in their production.

Firstly, the logo on our display cabinets is in Japanese. Initially, I considered applying it as a sticker due to its small size and the complexity of Japanese characters. However, making acrylic letters was not feasible because the strokes were too fine. We then proposed using self-adhesive vinyl, but we realized that with the heat, the adhesive might fail and cause the logo to fall off.

Ultimately, we decided on screen printing as the solution.

Additionally, for the larger characters, I planned to create them as three-dimensional letters, creating a contrast with the flat logo, which adds a more appealing visual effect. This approach was taken for the logo design aspect.

Regarding the electrical components, including the transformers, all have obtained Japan's PSE certification, increasing the cost by at least three times.

While the client did not specifically request Japanese certification, we took this precautionary measure to avoid any issues with customs or mall inspectors who might refuse entry without proper certification. Thus, we opted for certified parts, even though it significantly increased the cost. This includes the connectors at the bottom of the counters, which allow for flexible wiring from any of the three sides.

The power sockets used are the type suitable for Japan, ensuring compatibility with Japanese outlets. Even the internal painting of the cabinets has been meticulously done to match the exterior finish, a level of detail rarely seen.

The LED strips, their angles, and color temperatures were tested extensively. Based on an initial sample, we made numerous adjustments to the angles and fonts. A great deal of effort was put into perfecting these display cabinets.

The customer was very satisfied. After a thorough video inspection, they promptly paid the final installment, and they dispatched a colleague for a final check before shipment.

Our clients tend to be decisive and straightforward, primarily because they are well-off, and display cabinets are relatively small projects for them. As long as our quality meets their standards, payment is swift. I am grateful; our entire factory worked together to improve quality, and I am thankful to the customers who trusted me, Zhang Yani.
