经历过上一次国庆节的亏,让我明白了,只能做自己力所能及的事,踏踏实实做展柜,正心正念做生意。
不再为了接单而去接单,到头后,反而是害了自己,也让客户遭受损失。
年轻人,不吃一些亏,总是不长记性,没有经验,值得庆幸的是,我还好是在小订单上吃亏长教训,如果是在几百万的大订单上,那我都不敢想了。
这家上市公司是去年年底就联系我了,并且派了3个专业的人来验厂,写了一份长达6页A4纸的验货报告,整整弄了一天时间,我当时就震惊了,前期阶段就这么的严格,还好最后出来的结果,我们工厂通过他们的审核。
这家公司是深圳的一家上市公司,一年的营业额在200多个亿,手表板块是她们新开发的项目,如果从业务端来说,应该是他们公司很小的一个部分。
因此他们也想找一家专业做手表展柜,且离公司近的工厂来合作。
这不就找到鑫峰展柜厂了,我对我们的工厂很有信心,经过统计,10个来看厂的客户,有9个都会下单,这不是我吹牛,是经过这2年的来访记录统计出来的。

去年是元旦前,一家重庆的商场和深圳的商场要着急开业,留给我们的也仅仅只有20多天时间,还要送到现场去安装好,图纸和价格我们是早早就核实好了,并且付款方式也谈好了,付80%定金,出货前20%全款。偏偏时间又卡的紧,客户是个有钱的好客户,对品质要求又要,没法子,我只能跟客户说声抱歉,不能实现他的预期交货时间。
今年4月份又有一家深圳的商场预备进厂,这次是因为自己工厂订单饱和了,连挤牙缝都没有位置,因此又推掉了这笔订单。
每一次合作,我都希望保质保量如期交货,这应该是我们作为一家制造型企业最不值一提的保证了,如果连这点觉悟都没有,还干什么工厂呢?
这3次的展柜合同金额加起来,已经超过100万了,以前我肯定会说“痛失”100万大单,现在我觉得钱要慢慢赚,订单是做不完的。

Last year, a listed company contacted me and sent three professionals to inspect our factory. They spent an entire day writing a six-page report. Their thoroughness at the preliminary stage was astonishing, but thankfully, we passed their inspection.
This company, headquartered in Shenzhen, has an annual turnover of over 20 billion yuan, and the watch sector is a newly developed part of their business, likely a small segment for them.
They sought a specialized factory nearby to collaborate on watch display cases. That's how they found Xin Feng Display Cases. I am confident in our factory. According to our records, nine out of ten visitors place orders after touring the facility. This isn't bragging; it's based on statistics accumulated over the past two years.

First, we are a genuine factory, having built our own premises. Before New Year's Eve last year, two malls in Chongqing and Shenzhen were eager to open, giving us only 20 days for delivery and installation. Despite early verification of designs and prices, along with agreed payment terms—80% deposit and 20% upon shipment—we had to apologize to the wealthy client for not meeting the tight deadline.
In April of this year, another Shenzhen mall was scheduled to start operations. However, due to our full order book, we had to decline the order once again.
Every cooperation, I strive to deliver quality products on schedule—a fundamental guarantee that should go without saying for a manufacturing company. Without this commitment, why run a factory at all?
The combined value of these three contracts exceeded one million yuan. In the past, I might have lamented the 'loss' of such a large deal, but now I understand that money comes gradually, and orders are endless.
