今天是个好日子，因为我们发菲律宾的展柜今天出货了。

这个客户是第三次和章娅妮展柜厂采购了，她也是华人，早年就在马尼拉做珠宝生意，她前年新店搬迁的时候，是第一次找到我，做了一批展柜和珠宝道具。

任何一个客户找你下订单，都不是无缘无故的，还是你身上有他们所需要的价值，“价格便宜”肯定不是客户找我的原因，因为我做的展柜从不便宜。

对于我们来说找客户找业务是关键的，但是同时对于客户来说，他们想找一个好的供应商也不是那么容易的，尤其是我们这种工业品，一笔订单的金额一般在20-30W左右，想一想，这笔金额说大不大，说小也不小了，不是小到可以靠直觉就转款，还是需要多方面谨慎考虑的。

我们展柜厂30年以来不仅仅做珠宝、手表展柜，也做陈列道具，这在国内甚至国际上都找不到第二家这样的工厂。其次，是客户对我深深的信任，我告诉她，我拍了1000多个视频，做展柜销售7年时间从未离开，也没有一次客户投诉，而且我用自己真实的姓名“章娅妮”和形象注册了20类和35类的商标，我想，在展柜行业，没有一个人敢这样做。

之所以用真实的姓名当商标，就是要告诉客户，我章娅妮做展柜是赌上了自己的身家性命，要一直接受社会大众和客户的监督，我不可能随随便便拿一个展柜糊弄客户。

去年这个客户第二次找我下单是做了一批珠宝道具，因为她发现她的店里道具陈列不够，于是让我设计制作了一批。

今年7月份又找我做了第三次订单，是补做一节靠墙的珠宝前开门的展柜，她有个靠墙的地方正好空着，想放一节展柜，她说她原先买的展柜才2000多，就是因为有完美的强迫症，才花3倍的价格从我这里定制，不然就去淘宝上买些便宜货了。

确定好尺寸，客户就立马转了全款，这是多么无敌的信任啊，很少有客户会主动转全款给你的，我们最多也是收80%的定金，她却直接汇了全款。

直到今天8月7号，顺利出货，发到她的货代处，客户发了竖着大拇指的表情，并表示“下次需要还找你”。

天使客户啊！

Despite having previously purchased a cabinet for less than 2,000 yuan, her perfectionism led her to spend three times that amount on a custom-made piece from us, rather than opting for cheaper alternatives online.

Once the dimensions were confirmed, the client immediately transferred the full payment, demonstrating incredible trust. It is rare for a customer to voluntarily make a full payment upfront; typically, we receive a maximum of 80% deposit. Yet, she wired the entire amount.

Today, on August 7th, the shipment went out smoothly to her freight forwarder. The client responded with a thumbs-up emoji and stated, "Will come back to you next time."

Truly, she is an angelic customer!
