【339大小姐说展柜】河北客户300平装修咨询做展柜

大概是前天的时候,我在网上来了一个咨询,是一个河北承德的客户。


这个客户,他说看完了我全部所有小红书抖音的视频和文章,然后给我留言,特别特别有礼貌特别特别客气,蛮有腔调的一个老板。


他加了我微信之后,我们大概电话通了半个小时,第一次跟客户就是在素未谋面的情况下通话通这么久的时间,我觉得还聊得很投机的,他也是跟我父亲年龄差不多,我觉得是值得让我们去尊敬的一个前辈,他做珠宝行业也做了30多年,而且他儿子呢跟我年纪差不多大,可能比我大两岁,所以我们还是就是这种家庭情况,有很多相似之处。


然后呢我就问了他一下大概的他们的店面啊图纸一些情况,他们的图纸是去年年底就出好了,现在现场开始动工了,就开始找这种做展柜做道具的一些厂家,那个新的写字楼有300多个平方,有200个平方是用来放展柜放珠宝陈列产品的,100个平方是用来当办公楼的。


其实我觉得面积蛮大了,200个平方当展厅,也是在河北,河北是离北京比较近的一个省份,又做了30多年了,这个传承下来,包括他们在一些市场的积累啊根基都很深了,我还是要多多向他们学习,而且我觉得能遇到这样的客户,也是我们的一种运气。


就是在我们电话沟通之前就已经彼此有信任了,他是带着初步的信任和尊重来的,所以我想这笔订单就无论做与不做,我觉得能遇到这样的客户都是我们的一种幸运。


天使客户嘛,因为如果他看了我的文章,就知道我们工厂都是做高品质的东西,然后不赊账不比价,不做穷人生意,就带着信任来的客户成交起来就会比较快一点。


我每天一天的咨询量平均有8-9个,都是新客户哦,老客户找我还不算,客户多了之后,就发现,他们找厂家,我也对比客户,有些就很拽一上来柜子多少钱?怎么卖?哦,太贵了,然后拉黑了


有些会先发个“您好”,还有些会叫我大小姐,把他们的店面情况、图纸等一系列资料都发给我,再跟我聊制作的情况,像这样的客户,就是我们需要的客户,还是可以花心思了解的。


穷客户来一堆,不如做好一个有钱人的订单,让他们满意。

After adding me on WeChat, we spoke on the phone for about half an hour, which was the longest initial conversation I've ever had with a client whom I hadn't met in person. Our discussion was very congenial. The client is around the same age as my father, so I believe he is someone who deserves our respect, having been in the jewelry business for over 30 years. Additionally, his son is roughly the same age as me, maybe two years older, which means there are many similarities between our family situations.


I asked him some details about their store layout and plans. Their design drawings were finalized by the end of last year, and now they have started construction. They are looking for manufacturers to produce display cases and fixtures. The new office building covers more than 300 square meters, with 200 square meters dedicated to the showroom for displaying jewelry products, and 100 square meters reserved for office space.


I think this area is quite large, especially since the showroom itself is 200 square meters. Being in Hebei, a province close to Beijing, and having been in business for over 30 years, they have a deep-rooted presence and market foundation. There's much I can learn from them, and encountering such a client feels like good fortune.


Even before our call, there was already a basic level of trust established. He approached me with initial trust and respect, so regardless of whether this order goes through or not, meeting such a client is a fortunate event.


Such a client could be considered an "angel client." If they've read my articles, they know our factory specializes in high-quality products, does not offer credit, does not haggle on price, and does not cater to those with limited resources. Clients who come with trust tend to finalize deals more quickly.


On average, I receive eight to nine consultations per day from new clients alone, not counting returning customers. Among these new clients, I find that while some are brusque and immediately ask about prices, others start with a polite "Hello" or even address me as "Miss," sending through detailed information about their store and plans before discussing production specifics. These are the types of clients we need and are worth investing our efforts into understanding.


A pile of orders from less affluent clients is not as rewarding as satisfying one well-off client.
