以前，我也经常熬夜到一两点，客户睡得晚，晚上跟我们沟通做展柜的事情，我也跟着他熬夜熬的很晚，导致第二天白天事情处理不得当。

现在看来也是因为那时候客户太少了，真的太少了，难得来个客户，就跟上帝一样对待，不睡觉都要回他咨询，可能最后他还是没有在我这里下单。

这两年我就不会这样做了，不是说我客户多哈，也不是服务态度不好。而是我明白了，展柜是个工业品，不是买方便面，看准就下单购买，做展柜的客户很多是跟我们认识了一年半载才会下单，再快再着急的客户也都是要磨合1-2周才会下单，不用这么急于一时，这跟我们的展柜产品属性有关，要核对材质、核对尺寸、核对制造工艺、最后这还是大额产品，要对好最终的价格，价格关于全面的制造质量。

因此，不是说一时半会儿就会付款下单的。

我们完全不用熬夜加班做回复，而是保证好每天的睡眠，让大脑处于最好的状态，早睡早起就可以让我们更加高效的做事，把展柜的客户和下单的订单处理的更好，减少出错率。

现在对年轻人来说，晚上早睡是件非常困难的事，刚开始也是，后来试着不带手机、电子产品进卧室，只有闹钟在房间看时间，果不其然，睡的好，睡得早，按时睡觉是件特别棒的事。

好的工作状态才能为我们的准客户带去更高质量的展柜。

Previously, I frequently stayed up until 1 or 2 AM, as some clients communicated late into the night about display cabinet projects. This habit led to poor performance during the day.

In retrospect, this was partly due to a scarcity of clients. When a rare opportunity presented itself, I treated it as a priority, staying up late to respond, sometimes without securing an order.

Over the past couple of years, I’ve changed my approach. It’s not that I have more clients or that my service attitude has declined. Rather, I realized that display cabinets are industrial products, not impulse buys like instant noodles. Clients often take months to decide after initial contact, and even the most urgent cases require 1-2 weeks of deliberation. This is due to the nature of our product, involving material verification, size checks, manufacturing process reviews, and final price negotiations, all of which are significant financial commitments.

Therefore, immediate purchase decisions are rare.

There’s no need to stay up late responding to inquiries. Ensuring adequate sleep keeps our minds sharp, enabling us to work more efficiently, manage clients better, and reduce errors.

For many young people, early bedtime is challenging. Initially, it was difficult for me too. But gradually, by avoiding electronic devices in the bedroom and using only an alarm clock to check the time, I found that sleeping well and early became easier. Establishing a consistent sleep schedule is incredibly beneficial.
