【349大小姐说展柜】山西客户又下一单

昨晚十点,山西的老板发来信息说:“章总,80%定金已付!请查收!”


刘先生的商铺是在景区里面的,3层楼的四合院,外立面+整体装修预算花了800多万。从去年8月筹划、现场勘测、设计出图、又反反复复修改了几稿,终于上个月开始动工装修。展柜和道具部分自然而然也交给了我们,期间他也找过北京的展柜公司,最终还是找到我们鑫峰厂,几个月时间我们通过电话沟通了一些细节,互相信任才能合作长久。


做生意,要正心正念,我们用自己的专业知识、实操经验和专业的团队,帮客户解决某个问题,帮助他少踩坑,这样才能赢得生意的向上。反之,如果你想利用客户对展柜制作方面的不懂,来欺骗客户,总有一天,你一定会自食其果的!


像这种投入装修资金大的店铺,对品质有要求,又付得起钱的客户,就是我们的vip客户,从始至尾我都是亲自对接。首先要保证使用的年限,都说新三年旧三年缝缝补补又三年,这个好习惯真是从记事起,老师就刻在我们的DNA里面了。


但是现在我的理念已变了,要让客户的柜台9年如一,9年都是新的。


为了完成这个效果,首先从原材料上就开始改变,商用展示最怕表面的变色褪色,所以我们采用的都是耐黄变环保的油漆,决不采购低质低价的各类油漆,说真的,这是我们工厂的良心所在啊,因为在这些方面偷工减料简直太容易了,而且客户他们还不知道,一公斤油漆可以相差100多元,一个月可以节约10多20万,采购低价油漆短期1-2年之内不会看出问题,时间一长就能发现问题所在。而且所有的木饰面最低标准都是多名油漆技师用大师般的手艺多次喷涂刷漆,对品质无微不至。我父亲在木材上还加了一道他自己的工序。这个覆涂工艺可以保证面漆永不变色,而且决不出现微皱纹,真难有同行相提并论。


我们所有的五金件默认使用国际一线品牌,比如说滑轮和导轨,之前默认是使用3年的寿命,现在我要确保它保证30万次的推拉、开门之间的五金铰链经5万次的开合不卡壳,杜绝以次充好。


我听过某一个老板说的,其实9年也就换3个电源,有些或许不用3个,只要它坏了,你就给客户寄新的就可以,客户也不会怪你的,你现在用3个的价格才买一个,那不是浪费么?他这逻辑也符合常理。可是我偏偏就又给换了,国产电源毛病是不大,正常使用也ok,但是跟国际顶级品牌比还是比不过,一是成本,二是从内到外所有元器件都不同,三是国际品牌该做的认证都有做,自然增加了成本,但是它稳定、可靠,省去了后续的人工换电源的步骤。你想想,现在很大部分展柜是漂洋过海发到国外,国外的工人可比国内金领的工资都高,人工费贵的不得了,到时候坏了,谁去负责维修?客户会维修的还是少数,大部分人是不懂电器维修的,包括国内也是,找人维修是小事,耽误做生意是大事。一个电源还只是展柜制作的很小的部分之一,采购成本却增加60%,省去所有的后顾之忧。


当你的理念变了,想给客户用上最好的,而不是想着怎么节约不被人知道,怎么自己要多赚一点钱,做事的时候,就不是斤斤计较畏手畏脚,这样做出来的展柜能不好吗?除了贵点,它就没毛病啊!

Planning started last August, followed by on-site surveys, design drawings, and multiple revisions before construction finally commenced last month. Naturally, the display cases and fixtures were entrusted to us. During this period, he had contacted a display case company in Beijing but ultimately chose our XinFeng factory. Over the past few months, we communicated details via telephone. I never harass my clients; mutual trust is the foundation of sustained cooperation.


In business, one must act with integrity and sincerity. We use our professional knowledge, practical experience, and a dedicated team to help clients solve problems, aiding them in avoiding pitfalls, which is how we win their business. Conversely, if you exploit your client's lack of knowledge about display case manufacturing to deceive them, eventually, you will suffer the consequences!


Clients who invest heavily in shop renovations, demand quality, and can afford it, are our VIP customers. I handle these accounts personally from start to finish. First and foremost, we ensure durability. As the saying goes, "new for three years, old for three, patched up for another three." This good habit has been ingrained in us since childhood.


However, now my philosophy has changed. Our goal is to keep our clients' counters looking new for nine years.


To achieve this, we start by changing the raw materials used. The primary concern in commercial displays is surface discoloration and fading. Therefore, we exclusively use environmentally friendly paints that resist yellowing, never compromising on quality for cheaper alternatives. This is where our factory's integrity lies, because cutting corners here is too easy, and clients wouldn't know the difference. There can be a price difference of over 100 yuan per kilogram of paint, saving tens of thousands of yuan a month. Using cheap paints won't show problems in the short term (one to two years), but over time, the issues become apparent.


Moreover, all wood finishes are treated by skilled painters with meticulous attention to detail. My father has added his own proprietary process to the wood treatment, something I haven't seen in any of the thirty display case factories I've visited. This coating process ensures that the surface finish remains unchanged and free from micro-wrinkles, setting us apart from competitors.


We exclusively use international top-brand hardware. Previously, the default lifespan for rollers and tracks was three years, but now we ensure they withstand 300,000 slides and door hinges open and close 50,000 times without jamming, eliminating substandard components.


Regarding power switches, one entrepreneur once said that over nine years, only three switches might need replacement, sometimes even fewer. When a switch fails, simply send a new one to the client, who won't blame you. Buying one switch at the price of three seems wasteful. While his logic makes sense, I still opted for upgrades. Domestic switches are fine under normal use, but compared to international top brands, there are differences in cost, internal components, certifications, and stability. Although international brands incur higher costs, they save on labor for replacements, especially considering that many of our display cases are shipped overseas, where labor costs are exorbitant. Most clients aren't electricians, whether domestically or internationally. Replacing a faulty switch can disrupt business. A switch is just a small part of a display case, yet the procurement cost increases by 60%, eliminating all future concerns.


When your philosophy changes and you aim to provide the best for your clients instead of thinking about cost-cutting and personal gains, you work without hesitation. Such dedication results in high-quality display cases, albeit at a higher price, but with no drawbacks!
