【353大小姐说展柜】“六一”从早上9点到下午5点,来了3波客户和一个电子锁供应商

早上的珠宝公司采购商说:“我现在出去跑工厂,都会跟老板聊天,如果老板聊到自己的产品,眼睛会发光那种,就像自己的孩子一样,喜欢的不得了,那大概率是好产品。如果眼神暗淡,麻木厌烦,那我也不敢找你做了。”


“我看你这么年轻在工厂,还做了这么多企业文化,年轻人很热血啊”


他说的这番道理,我好赞同。因为我认为只有爱一个行业,才有可能做好,如果只是为了一个饭碗,是做不出好东西的,而且人往往在缺钱的状态下就会做错选择,必出昏招。


这一两年,25岁之前真心不相瞒大家,天天都在游手好闲吃喝玩乐没有目标,应该是25岁之后,我改了之前的“梦游”状态,静下心来学习展柜制作的工艺,开始做业务,虽说没有达到工程师的级别,连我爸的十分之一都没学到,至少已经开始慢慢摸入这个行业,开始下车间学习,下车间之后才发现展柜行业根本不是普通制作一个家具那么简单,每个行业都有自己的伟大之处,我们厂有自己独特的优势,本身展柜是一行业,陈列道具是另一行业,但是我们是一家既能做钟表、珠宝、博物馆等展柜,又能做陈列道具的工厂,国内也许没有第二家。而且我发现大面积面板喷漆,采用了自己独有的技术,几近无微颗粒,10个展柜厂里面有9个做不到。


之所以我会选择在展柜厂里待着,也完全是托家人的福,有个好父母,还有份小事业可以做下去。都说上一代人的积累就是下一代人的起点,之前理解不了,硬着头皮,感觉自己读个大学就不得了了,其实出来月薪三千五,自己生活都没品质,还特看不起父母做个工厂,脏差累又low,其实是这个工厂养活了我们三姐弟长大,还养活了百来号员工,太了不起了。


以前在别的外贸销售企业打过3个月工,工作环境特好,深圳的CBD。入一个行业不说出人头地,但是要达到优秀的程度,都要付出努力都要学习。在别人的公司别的行业,不仅仅是吃苦,更要吃亏。我一想,那我还不如回去,在自己家工厂做1年,顶过外面学5年,虽然也辛苦,做工厂就没有不辛苦的,但是至少不会吃亏,在制作工艺上有很多人可以点拨。很多人是家里没有家业没有事业可以继承,我们还有个30年的展柜厂,我更应该要回来好好做,不仅成长的脚步加快了,主要是挣钱的速度也加快了。


自此以后种下这个心锚,心就定了,不再这山望着那山高,总觉得别人行业光鲜亮丽挣钱多,踏踏实实扎在自己的领域深挖,针对珠宝和钟表行业的业务要做,老工艺要学习还要不断改进新的工艺,商业空间陈列和设计感更是学习的重中之重。


我接下去的使命就是逐步对标奢侈品展柜、陈列道具的品质与设计感,夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。客户发财,我就高兴。

If their eyes are dim and they seem indifferent or annoyed, then I wouldn't dare to do business with them."


"I see you're so young and already working in the factory, and you've done so much for corporate culture. It's impressive how passionate you are."


I fully agree with his words. Because I believe that only by loving an industry can one truly excel; if it's just for a paycheck, one cannot produce high-quality work. Moreover, people often make wrong decisions when they are financially stressed, leading to poor outcomes.


It wasn't until after my 25th birthday that I changed my "dreamy" state, settled down to study the craftsmanship of display cases, and started doing business. Although I haven't reached the level of an engineer and have learned less than one-tenth of what my father knows, I've at least begun to understand this industry and started going to the workshop to learn. Once there, I realized that making display cases is far more complex than making ordinary furniture. Each industry has its own greatness. Our factory has unique advantages; not only can we manufacture display cases for watches, jewelry, and museums, but we also create display fixtures. There might not be another company like ours in the country. Furthermore, our large-area panel painting technique is nearly particle-free, something that nine out of ten display case manufacturers cannot achieve.


I am fortunate to have good parents and a small business to carry forward. People say that the accumulation of the older generation becomes the starting point for the younger generation. I used to struggle to understand this, thinking that having a university degree made me special. I even looked down upon my parents' factory, considering it dirty, tiring, and low-class. In fact, it was this factory that supported the upbringing of my two sisters and myself, and sustained over a hundred employees. That's truly remarkable.


I once worked for three months in another export sales company, located in Shenzhen's Central Business District, with a great working environment. Entering an industry, regardless of whether one achieves fame or simply excellence, requires effort and learning. Working in someone else's company means not only enduring hardships but also taking losses. Thinking about it, I might as well return to my family's factory. A year here is worth five years elsewhere. No factory job is easy. But at least I won't fail and can learn a lot about production techniques from many people.


Since then, I've set this anchor in my heart, determined to not envy other industries that may appear glamorous and lucrative. Instead, I will diligently delve into my field, focusing on serving the jewelry and watch industries, learning traditional techniques while continuously improving new ones. Commercial space display and design sense are crucial areas for further study.


My mission moving forward is to gradually align the quality and design sense of luxury display cases, solidifying our position as a supplier to top brands. When customers prosper, I am happy.
