【361大小姐说展柜】宁波客户认可鑫峰厂,首次下单制作珠宝展柜

“我是宁波慈溪的,我有一个店面要开,要一些展柜”


上个月收到宁波慈溪一个客户的咨询,他开业一家玉石文物店面,要做几节玉石翡翠的展示柜,从DOUYIN上找到我,互联网让一切不可能的事情变成可能,又是一个不远千里找我们鑫峰展柜厂制作的客户。


他发了一张图给我,这是我在2022年8月31号拍的一个视频,这个视频当时是给以色列的一家眼镜店制作的展示柜,五金部分是以拉丝黄铜为主框架,柜面是墨绿色的绒布,再陈列2个圆弧玻璃柜。


我问他店面有多大,店铺尺寸怎么样?


客户告诉我说他的店面尺寸是2间店面打通的,15米的宽度。展柜里主要放高端的和田玉还有翡翠,还要放个茶桌,瓷器是放在货架上,他问我的展柜款式怎么样,可不可以多发一些图片给他,他想要做直角的展柜,不需要做圆角的。


我发了非常多之前我拍过的工厂做过的视频案例给到他,但是款式实在太多了,发都发不完。客户还有一个最担心的问题,其实也是全部人担心的事情,找我们工厂制作的客户价格往往不是他们最在意的,而是安全+保障。能获得客户的信任是关键,因为彼此都不熟悉就很难办,怎么安全的做完这一单,客户平安收货,我们完整收款。我是从来没有辜负过客户的,只有客户辜负我的份,所以我就让客户在我的淘宝店下定制展柜的订单,有马爸爸做担保,我们还怕什么呢?这样客户也就欣然接受了。


客户还要求开个视频看现场的格局,视频完还亲手画了个草图给到我们工厂,店铺面积不是很大,让设计师马上出了个平面图给他。大约过了2天,我们再次沟通,这次胡老板就定下了款式,走了淘宝连接付的全款。下午又让设计师出了效果图,总共是4件展柜和1件墙柜,他还有个问题就是灯光颜色,我建议他放和田玉和翡翠用4500k的色温合适,翡翠岂不变色又衬托的比较漂亮,两节挨着的柜台之间的连接线孔也安排好,包括柜台里面的层板绒布,客户他店铺因为有蓝色因素,因此我们选用的是也是蓝色鹿茸皮料包装。


就这样这个订单就下到车间去制作,还是那句话,相信你的客户,不远千里也要找你做柜台,不相信你的,N次咨询也没有结果,不论是第一次合作还是合作几十年的,我们工厂都是用心对待,不推销不跟踪,做一位“好老师”,真心对“学生”好。20多天后,柜台全部制作完毕,拍摄了视频和照片给客户验货,安全发物流走。

Last month, I received a consultation from a client in Cixi, Ningbo. He was opening a jade and antique store and needed several display cases for jade and jadeite. He sent me a picture, which was a video I shot on August 31, 2022. The video showcased display cases made for an eyewear store in Israel, featuring brushed brass frames and dark green velvet surfaces, complemented by two round glass display cases.


I asked him about the size of his store and the dimensions of the space.


The client informed me that his store was created by combining two adjacent storefronts, spanning 15 meters in width. The display cases would house high-end Hetian jade and jadeite, along with a tea table, and ceramics would be displayed on shelves. He asked about the styles of display cases and requested more pictures, specifying that he wanted straight-edge cases, not rounded ones.


I shared numerous videos of previous projects we had undertaken, but the variety was extensive, and sending them all would be overwhelming. One major concern for the client, as with all our clients, was not the price but security and assurance. Gaining the client's trust is crucial, especially when unfamiliarity exists. Ensuring a smooth transaction where the client receives their order safely and we complete the payment cycle is paramount. I have never let a client down, and it's usually the client who disappoints me. So, I suggested placing the order through my Taobao store, leveraging Alibaba’s guarantee. This proposal was readily accepted by the client.


The client also requested a video tour of the factory to assess the layout and personally sketched a rough diagram for us. Although the store area was not large, our designer promptly created a floor plan. After about two days and another discussion, Mr. Hu settled on a design and made a full payment through the Taobao link. Later that afternoon, the designer provided a rendering of the project, which included four display cases and one wall-mounted case. He also had questions about lighting colors. I recommended a color temperature of 4500K for displaying Hetian jade and jadeite, as this lighting neither alters the color nor detracts from the beauty of the stones. We arranged the wiring holes between adjacent cases and selected blue velvet for the interior shelves. Given the presence of blue elements in his store, we opted for blue suede leather for the interior lining.


With this agreement, the order was sent to the workshop for production. Once again, it proves that clients who trust us will seek us out regardless of distance, while those who do not remain uncertain despite repeated inquiries. Regardless of whether it's the first collaboration or a decades-long partnership, our factory treats every client with sincerity, refraining from aggressive sales tactics. After about 20 days, the display cases were completed, and we sent photos and videos to the client for inspection before safely shipping them via logistics.
