2023年7月19日癸卯年六月初二,山西春和玉典当行盛大开业。看到客户店里人潮拥挤的情况,我真的太开心了。
这位客人是去年9月2号联系到我的,那个时候还是刚刚开始筹备这个计划,从我们之前的客户那打听到我们工厂一直专注于做珠宝和钟表的高端展柜,于是要了我的电话联系号码,在一个行业做久了有老客户就是好,老客户都是用脚投票的,他们之所以不求回报的把你介绍给他们的朋友,就是因为信任你,现如今,最珍贵不是黄金不是钻石,而是信任。
刘总他这个四合院是自己的宅子,位于山西一处旅游胜地,之前一直租给别人,现在想自己装修做生意,周边还有周大生珠宝,周六福等等这样的一些传统知名珠宝店,拼知名程度肯定比不过人家上市公司,他就想把他的店铺设计的与众不同,类似于私人的会所吸引客户。刘总找到我们设计,我们工厂是有全职设计师5位,但是面对这么庞大的项目,4层楼的四合院包括整个外立面的设计,心有余而力不足,于是我也诚恳的告诉刘总:不好意思,我们胜任不了设计这份工作,但是后续在展柜制作上我们可以多费点心帮助到您。
后来过了40天顺便又过了一个国庆,到了10月15号,我们又联系了一次,这次刘总找了北京一家设计公司已经在布局平面,具体的效果图还没有出,他告诉我,计划2023年的五一前正式营业,前后差不多就要花去10个多月的时间来装修这个店铺,投入的人力,财力和时间都不小。
期间一直在出图改图,出方案改方案,设计公司在2023年2月份去了一次实地考察沟通把详细的尺寸都复了,把暂定的效果图也发给了我,果然非同凡响,每处细节都花了心思,这几年我发现,越是对待细节对待装修都很认真的客人,生意反而越来越好,急吼吼想着10天半个月就整好的,生意却平平无奇。我们的客户一是要有钱,二是对品质要有要求,这两者不能颠倒,在工厂的责任范围内的事情,不收费、无条件全整改,做到客户满意为止。
直到今年的4月份,刘总再一次找到了我,他跟同事商量好,最终选定了一款柜台,一共是24节展柜。还有4节橱窗高柜放在门口位置。预付了80%定金,我们工厂和刘总商讨好制作细节就下单制作了,展柜每个角都是40的圆弧角,这样显得线条柔和圆润,符合中国人的审美,但是这样的小角度制作比平常高出3倍工夫不止,配合件制作一遍就符合是不可能的,按我的要求,间隙要小于2毫米才符合标准,于是做一次不成就做第二次,二次不成就三次,总之要做的漂亮。

On July 19, 2023, the Chunheyu pawn shop in Shanxi Province grandly opened. Seeing the bustling crowd of customers in the shop, I felt truly delighted.
This particular customer first contacted me on September 2nd of the previous year, when the plan was just beginning to take shape. They had heard from our previous clients about how our factory has always specialized in high-end jewelry and watch display cases, so they sought out my contact number. Working in an industry for a long time brings the benefit of having loyal clients; these clients introduce you to their friends without expecting anything in return because they trust you. In today's world, the most precious commodity is not gold or diamonds but trust.
Mr. Liu’s Siheyuan, which he owned, was located in a scenic tourist spot in Shanxi. It had previously been rented out but now he wanted to renovate it for his own business. Surrounding the area were well-known jewelry stores. While he could not compete with the brand recognition of listed companies, Mr. Liu wanted to make his store stand out by designing it more like a private club to attract customers. When Mr. Liu approached us for design work, we informed him that although our factory employs five full-time designers, we were not capable of handling such a large-scale project. However, we assured him that we would put extra effort into the production of the display cabinets to assist him.
Forty days later, after passing through the National Day holiday, on October 15th, we reconnected with Mr. Liu. By this time, he had engaged a design company in Beijing, which was already working on the floor plans, though the detailed renderings were yet to be finalized. He informed us that he planned to officially open the business before May Day 2023, which would require about ten months of renovation work, involving considerable investment of human resources, finances, and time.
Throughout the period, there were continuous iterations of the designs and proposals. The design company made a site visit in February 2023 for detailed measurements and communicated their initial renderings to me. The results were impressive, with meticulous attention paid to every detail. In recent years, I have observed that clients who are meticulous and serious about their renovations tend to see their businesses thrive, whereas those who rush the process often see mediocre results. Our ideal clients are both financially capable and demanding of quality; these two aspects cannot be reversed. Within the scope of our responsibilities, we offer free and unconditional adjustments until the client is satisfied.
By April of this year, Mr. Liu reached out to us again after consulting with his colleagues. They decided on a specific style of counter, ordering a total of 24 display units and an additional 4 window display cases to be placed at the entrance. A deposit of 80% was paid upfront, and after discussing the manufacturing details with Mr. Liu, we proceeded with the order. Each corner of the display cases was designed with a 40mm radius round edge, giving a soft and rounded appearance that aligns with Chinese aesthetic preferences. However, such a small radius requires significantly more work than usual, and it was not possible to get the parts right on the first try. According to my standards, the gap must be less than 2 millimeters, so if the first attempt was not satisfactory, we would try again, ensuring the final product was beautiful and met our standards.
