【390大小姐说展柜】广州珠宝店李总信任鑫峰展柜厂,预付80%款制作柜台

李总是9月3号打了电话给我沟通的,随后又加了VX。


这是广州的一家珠宝城,专供货珠宝给线上销售,所以全部商家供应商都在重新装修档口,广州做现场的装修公司出了一款平面图,档口长度5.6米,宽度3.4米,20平左右。


客户先是在网上翻了我很多视频和文章,先是有了信任基础之后才联系我的,电话沟通中,我才明白,已经是出了一稿设计效果图了。但是他们出的珠宝展柜都太普通了,不是李总想要的装修,他想要尝试做一些新的东西。


这中间还发生了一个小小的插曲,在社交平台的介绍里面,写了源头厂家并且免费设计,这倒是我疏忽了,去年被一家代运营公司改的。其实我们厂从来不做免费设计的,创意idea是极其珍贵。


客户刚开始较真,他找源头厂家,就是想节约成本,但是是在品质能对标国内一线品牌的基础上。怎么还要收设计费呢,我告诉客户,我们出图不仅仅是出个图,还要落地制作,做了30年的展柜厂,可以帮你避开很多坑,并且要去你们的现场核实尺寸。


这样一说,他也二话不说付了设计费给我们工厂。


我们设计图纸需要让客人提供:


1)场地整体的照片及视频(包含远景门头,能看清与临铺位之间的衔接关系,及店铺内部远近景照片)

2)现场整体户型详细尺寸(包含平面尺寸,内部层高,门头招牌外凸大小尺寸,离地高度等信息)

3)店铺规划分区功能需求(收银区,交流区,休息区,销售区,展示区,定制等)

4)品牌元素(品牌色,品牌logo等)

5)设计的风格意向需求

6)商场的施工规范(这点非常重要)


在昨天我们就把设计图纸出好发给客户,是很符合他们需要做的展柜,他还比较着急,马上问我怎么签合同怎么付款怎么制作。让办公室同事做了一份报价合同发给李总,工厂做柜台都是收80%的预付款。


李总和他太太看过图纸和合同之后一致同意,马上转了预付款,啥也不多问。


我还是那个感觉,信任你的客户,哪怕没见过面都会下单,有千万种可能;不信任你的客户,即使咨询了N次,都不会下单。他害怕他的损失多过于他得到的。


但是我们工厂一直以来正心正念做好展柜生意,逐步对标大品牌展柜、陈列道具的品质与设计感,夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。而且在我们展柜厂的责任范围内,不收费、无条件全整改,做到客户满意为止。 


Mr. Li contacted me on September 3rd via phone to discuss a project, and subsequently added me on WeChat.


The project involves a jewelry market in Guangzhou that specializes in supplying jewelry for online sales. All merchants and suppliers in the market are currently renovating their stalls. A local Guangzhou interior design company has provided a floor plan for the stalls, which measure 5.6 meters in length, 3.4 meters in width, and cover an area of approximately 20 square meters.


Before reaching out to me, Mr. Li had reviewed many of my videos and articles online, which helped build a foundation of trust. During our phone conversation, I learned that a preliminary design draft had already been created. However, Mr. Li found the proposed jewelry display cabinets to be too conventional and was looking for something more innovative.


There was a minor issue during this process. The introduction on my social media platform mentioned "source factory with free design," which was a mistake made by a third-party management company last year. In reality, our factory never offers free design services, as creative ideas are highly valuable.


Initially, Mr. Li was concerned about the cost, as he was looking for a source factory to save money while maintaining quality comparable to top domestic brands. I explained to him that our design service goes beyond just creating a drawing; it includes detailed planning and execution to ensure the design can be effectively implemented. With over 30 years of experience in exhibit cabinet manufacturing, we can help avoid many common pitfalls and will visit the site to verify measurements.


After this explanation, Mr. Li promptly paid the design fee to our factory.


To proceed with the design, we requested the following information from the client:


1. Overall photos and videos of the site (including wide-angle shots of the storefront, clear views of the connection with neighboring stalls, and interior photos from various distances)

2. Detailed dimensions of the entire site (including plan dimensions, internal ceiling height, size and protrusion of the signboard, and its height from the ground)

3. Functional zoning requirements for the shop (cashier area, interaction area, rest area, sales area, display area, storage, customization, etc.)

4. Brand elements (brand colors, brand logo, etc.)

5. Design style preferences

6. Construction standards of the mall (this is very important)


We completed the design drawings and sent them to the client yesterday. The design met their requirements for the jewelry display cabinets. Mr. Li was eager to move forward and immediately asked about signing the contract, making payments, and production details. My office staff prepared a quotation contract and sent it to Mr. Li. Our factory typically requires an 80% prepayment for custom-made counters.


After reviewing the drawings and the contract, Mr. Li and his wife agreed without any further questions and promptly transferred the prepayment.


I still hold the belief that clients who trust us will place orders even if they have never met us in person, as there are countless possibilities. On the other hand, clients who do not trust us will not place orders, no matter how many times they consult, as they fear potential losses more than the benefits they might gain.
