【393大小姐说展柜】深圳做洋酒的陈总找鑫峰展柜厂制作,铺10店在口岸和免税店

昨天上午,认识10天的陈总,来工厂聊洋酒展柜。


我们约的是11点钟,说来也巧,9月10号陈生通过douyin联系我,看了我的视频觉得很不错,转发了1个视频给他们公司领导


领导说:“接连看了她其他一些视频,都很不错”。


因此才有了今天的会面,今天主要来确认鑫峰是不是真实的工厂 ,第二是看工厂制作的质量如何。

看完车间之后,我们回到办公室,陈生告诉我说:“他们需要做洋酒的展柜”


那我问他:“是放什么位置的店铺呢?”


他说店铺准备开在各大口岸,比如深圳的罗湖口岸、深圳湾口岸还有珠海那边的拱北、横琴口岸,包括海南的免税店等等,总一共有10多家,因此对展柜的品质要求极高。


作为工厂,最怕听到客户说我们没有要求,只要价格便宜,那这种情况,我都不想多跟他聊一句,完全不是我们的客户,再聊下去也是浪费彼此时间,以前我还妄想着可以了解清楚客人的想法并且或许可以劝说他,现在我不这么想了,不符合工厂定位的客户一律不接触。


我的老师曾经就说过,什么叫客户?一是付得起钱,二是对品质有要求,这两者顺序不能颠倒。


每一个准客户都是来之不易的,我们要好好的珍惜。

Yesterday morning, Mr. Chen, whom I have known for only 10 days, came to the factory to discuss wine display cabinets.


We had scheduled our meeting for 11:00 AM. Coincidentally, on September 10th, Mr. Chen reached out to me via Douyin after watching my videos and found them quite impressive. He forwarded one of the videos to his company's leadership, who also watched several others and expressed their satisfaction with the content. This led to today's meeting, where the primary objectives were to verify whether Xinfeng is indeed a genuine factory and to assess the quality of our production.


Miss Zhang Yani, the head of our display cabinet department, has been consistently appearing in real-life video shoots. To date, we have produced nearly 1,000 videos, all of which I shoot and edit myself, showcasing real cases from our factory. Every day, we receive no less than 10 precise inquiries. After spending some time in the office, I took our guest on a tour of the workshop. Many manufacturers fear customer visits, often limiting them to the office or outright refusing to show the workshop, due to a lack of confidence in their operations. We take the opposite approach; we welcome customers and actively guide them through each department and our sample room.

In such cases, I do not wish to engage further, as they are clearly not our target customers. Engaging in further conversation would be a waste of both parties' time. In the past, I might have tried to understand the client's thoughts and perhaps persuade them otherwise, but I no longer think this way. Customers who do not align with our factory’s positioning are not pursued.


My mentor once said, what defines a customer? First, they must be able to afford the product, and second, they must have a requirement for quality, with the former being more important than the latter.


Each potential customer is hard-won, and we should cherish them.


By cherishing, I mean not only our service attitude but also the quality of the display cabinets themselves. It is the accumulation of 30 years of professional knowledge and production skills that enables us to earn the trust of potential customers and secure their payment.
