【401大小姐说展柜】家居公司找鑫峰展柜厂合作制作新加坡展柜

近期每天保证在10个咨询左右。


对于我们工厂来说,订单量确实够了,再加上老客户的积累,和客户转介绍,生意一直可以。我一直感觉大家都在说市场大环境不好,或许大体情况不好是真的,可是一方面只有潮水退去,才能看出是谁在裸泳。


在大环境不好的情况下,依然能够保持足够的业务量,才是真正的666。另一方面,展柜店铺装修是个大行业,全球的市场大的不得了,如果是一家上市公司,或许有影响,对我们一家小厂能起的了什么作用?本身大环境好的话,也是做那点体量,这点体量对比全球微不足道。


业绩下滑的时候,我一定是从自身找原因,也时常告诫同事这个真理,不要把理由归于大环境不好,大环境跟我们小工厂没有半毛钱关系。


在这3年里,大家都丧失信心的时候,我们转变方向,逐步对标大品牌展柜、陈列道具的品质与设计感,夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。3年里增加了与10多个海外国家新加坡、美国、日本、马来西亚、菲律宾等的合作。


也拥有了自己的设计师团队,既设计柜台,也设计陈列道具,这在国内,也许没有第二家工厂这样做。我们的愿景就是让客户有大品牌的展示效果和高性价比,成为展柜、陈列道具的一线网络品牌。


今天有个客户来电,他是新加坡那边的室内家装品牌,我上网搜索了下,挺高标准。他从网上找到给我留言:


“你好,展柜做吗?新加坡的订单,大大小小数量有七十多个柜子”


面对客户的时候,一定是诚心诚意的,不论数量多少,都先了解好情况,再添加联系方式沟通细节和价格。


我让客人先发效果图过来,我看完图纸,才能给他建议。


这位客人一开口就是经典的句话:你的柜子做下来大要多少钱?他只要知道要多少钱做。


其实展柜的价格关于它的全面制作质量,他又不是买方便面、矿泉水这样的消费品,超市货架上有一个固定的价格,几块钱买错了也没事,展柜是一个工业品,尤其是定制展柜,在双方不了解情况下报的价格,那是对彼此都不负责任,失败率可达99%,一定见光死。


所以每一位客人,我都会了解到基础信息,甚至是邀请客人当面来工厂面谈过之后,才会做出一份详细的报价单和施工图,对客人负责对项目负责,也对工厂负责。

For our factory, the current order volume is indeed sufficient. With the accumulation of old customers and customer referrals, business has been steady. I always feel that everyone talks about the poor macroeconomic environment; perhaps the overall situation is not good, but on the other hand, being able to maintain a sufficient business volume in a difficult macroeconomic environment is truly impressive. Moreover, the exhibition cabinet shop renovation is a huge industry globally. If it were a listed company, there might be an impact, but what effect can the macroeconomic environment have on a small factory like ours? Even in a good macroeconomic environment, we would still be operating at the same scale, which is negligible compared to the global market.


When performance declines, I always look for reasons within myself and often remind my colleagues of this truth: do not attribute the cause to a poor macroeconomic environment. The macroeconomic environment has nothing to do with us, a small factory.


In these past three years, when everyone lost confidence, we changed direction, gradually aligning our quality and design sense with those of major brands in exhibition cabinets and display fixtures, solidifying our position as a supplier for top 100 brands. Over these three years, we have increased cooperation with over 10 countries overseas, including Singapore, the United States, Japan, Malaysia, and the Philippines.


We now have our own team of designers who design both counters and display fixtures, something that perhaps no other factory in China does. Our vision is to provide clients with the display effects of major brands and high cost-effectiveness, becoming a leading online brand in exhibition cabinets and display fixtures.


Today, a client contacted us. He represents an interior home decoration brand in Singapore. I looked him up online, and his standards are quite high. He found me through the internet and left a message:


"Hello, do you make exhibition cabinets? This is an order from Singapore, with about seventy cabinets of various sizes."


When facing clients, one must always be sincere, regardless of the quantity. First, we need to understand the situation before exchanging contact information to discuss details and pricing.


I asked the client to send over the design renderings first. Only after reviewing the drawings can I offer advice.


The client immediately asked the classic question: "How much would it cost to make these cabinets?" He just wants to know the price.


However, the price of exhibition cabinets is related to their comprehensive manufacturing quality. He is not buying consumer goods like instant noodles or mineral water, which have fixed prices on supermarket shelves, and a few dollars' mistake doesn’t matter. Exhibition cabinets are industrial products, especially custom-made ones. Quoting a price without fully understanding each other is irresponsible to both parties, with a failure rate of 99%, almost guaranteed to fail.


Therefore, for every client, I gather basic information and, when necessary, invite them to visit the factory for face-to-face discussions before providing a detailed quotation and construction plan. This is responsible to the client, the project, and the factory.
