【409大小姐说展柜】浙江珠宝客户来厂,当即下样品单

昨天下午2点多,网上有位浙江的老板给我留言“做包装盒吗?联系方式给一下”


我大约是3点多后看到她的留言,通过了她的好友请求。


她说“你好,想了解下珠宝包装定做”


我一看,还能说你好的,这客户不错,大部分对我们不认识的人加进来,连句你好都没有的,一般都拽的好像我挣了他几百万的既视感。


她又说“我们自己设计了珠宝盒包装,请问可以定制吗”“您这边主要是做什么材质呢,我们现在有两个方案,一个是皮质,一个是木盒的烤漆”


我做客户的直觉告诉我,这样的问话方式是比较靠谱的人,有实单的人,而且对品质还是有要求的人会问出来的话。


我问她,是不是品牌公司,公司在哪里,关于设计稿能不能发我看一下,还有尺寸,后续再探讨工艺。她先发了其中一个图纸给我,一个渲染好的效果图。


我发了语音先跟她事先说明白,找工厂定制包装盒,最低的起订量是3000个,她也表示没问题。那就好办啦,根据图纸、尺寸、材质、工艺的要求,今天中午12点我给她发了一个大致的价格。


她下午告诉我,正好在东莞出差,好巧不巧的是,一看定位,就在我们隔壁镇上,距离十几公里,过来就20多分钟。


本来下午我在外面忙事情,没在厂里,正好是台风天,忙完我就预备直接往家赶了,不回工厂。可是一想到人家是杭州的公司,特地来广东一趟不容易,毕竟路途这么远,还要打飞滴,不像我们其他客户是在周边,来一趟或许只需要1-2个小时。


那我最后还是约了她们四点半到厂,我们见一面比较好,她们过来也有收获一些。见到面是2位年轻的小姐姐,有素质有想法有审美,对皮料、做工、造型都有自己独树一帜的见解,我很好奇问她们,珠宝品牌做了10多年,包装盒都做开了,而且应该在义乌也有很多做盒子的工厂可以加工。


她说,义乌那完全不一样的水准,她们就是想要高端的珠宝包装盒,才特地到东莞来,高端制造还是珠三角强。


还是有很多客户是对品质有要求的,虽然要便宜的人很多,因为这个社会就是金字塔,穷人肯定占了大部分,可是有钱人还是有,我得坚持高端路线不动摇,做好品质,做好设计。


临走的时候,她也说了,虽然看了很多厂,选了很多供应商和材料商,但是她们也是对厂家有要求的,这不是意味着,她是非常认可我们工厂吗,而且希望我们能尽快发样品制作单给她。

I thought to myself, she can still say hello, which is a good sign. Most people who are unfamiliar with us don't even bother to say hello when they add us, acting as if we owe them millions.


She continued, "We have designed our own jewelry box packaging. Can it be customized? What materials do you mainly use? We currently have two options: one is leather, and the other is a lacquered wooden box."


My instinct told me that this kind of questioning style indicates a reliable person, someone with real orders, and someone who has specific quality requirements.


I asked her if she represents a brand company, where the company is located, and if she could share the design sketches and dimensions with me so we could discuss the production process further. She sent me one of the design renderings first, a well-rendered effect image.


I sent her a voice message to clarify that the minimum order quantity for custom packaging boxes is 3,000 units, and she confirmed that this was acceptable. That made things easier. Based on the design, dimensions, material, and production requirements, I sent her a rough price quote at noon today.


In the afternoon, she informed me that she was on a business trip in Dongguan, and coincidentally, she was just in the neighboring town, only about 10 kilometers away, a 20-minute drive.


I was out of the factory all afternoon and was planning to head home directly after finishing my work due to the typhoon. However, I thought about how far she had come from Hangzhou, and it wasn't easy for her to travel such a long distance, especially since she had to take a flight. Unlike our other customers who live nearby and can visit within 1-2 hours.


So, I decided to meet her at the factory at 4:30 PM. It would be better to meet in person, and she would gain something from the visit. When we met, two young and professional ladies arrived. They had a good sense of aesthetics and unique insights into materials, craftsmanship, and design. Out of curiosity, I asked them why they chose to come to Dongguan for high-end jewelry packaging boxes when there are many factories in Yiwu that can produce boxes.


They explained that the quality standards in Yiwu are different. They specifically came to Dongguan because the Pearl River Delta region is known for its high-end manufacturing capabilities.


There are still many clients who have high-quality requirements, even though there are many who seek lower prices. Society is like a pyramid, with the majority being less affluent, but there are still wealthy individuals. I must remain committed to the high-end market, focusing on quality and design.


As they were leaving, she mentioned that despite visiting many factories and selecting numerous suppliers and material providers, they have specific requirements for manufacturers. This implies that she highly recognizes our factory and hopes we can send her a sample production order as soon as possible
