以前我觉得赚钱钱很重要，现在，不能否认，钱还是很重要，但是，在赚钱之外，还有更重要的事。

为什么我会有这样的感悟呢？

源于我最近身边人发生的一些事情。

刚20岁的时候，总是被网络洗脑成三十而立、年少成名，意思着30岁要事业有成，做一个人生赢家。但是这是不符合自然界定律的，人处在实践中成长，都是大器晚成，这也是天道，就好像吃饭一样，要一口一口吃，才能长大，不能一天把一年所需要的能量都吃了。

我2个朋友在年轻的时候踩着时代的红利就赚了大钱，却没有道行没有驾驭金钱的思维，狂到无法无边，结果就遇到了打击，被拉下了神坛。

钱一定要慢慢赚，不要着急。在有时间没业务的时候，也不要焦虑，提升自己的修养，有居安思危的意识，在这之中，我觉得艺术的学习是非常重要的，热爱艺术，艺术涵养+知识+勇气，才是现在新时代的创业者、老板的必备条件，所谓“雅者为王”。

体验生活的幸福，经济条件好是基础，上层建筑是情感体验，情感素质差，审美力必低劣，幸福指数则必然低，也许很低。很多人包括我自己，明明已经拥有了很多，开着几十万的车买了几百万的房，却依然觉得很空虚，依然觉得还要挣很多钱，却失去了欣赏生活的美的能力。

其实，在赚钱之外，空气、阳光、健康、好好的活着，已然是很大的幸福了，再去好好赚钱，提升生活的质量，让我们过上更加体面的生活，人家说三十而立，那我们五十而立又怎样呢？

在年龄稍长一些的时候，有阅历、有道行、有实践、有积累、有能力、有眼界，财富爆发的时候也不怕财富会再次离开你。因为所有的成就都是靠实力获得的，而不是靠红利，因为靠红利获得的东西最终会靠实力全部输掉。

对于我来说，做展柜业务固然重要，可是当业务上来之后，我的财务管理能力却跟不上，产品开发能力也跟不上，也可以说我对市场、对产品的审美都不太行。这都是需要花时间学习的，时间花在哪里，结果就在哪里。以前穷的叮当响的时候，有时间，却不学，现在，还好，有时间也愿意学了。

In the past, I believed that making money was very important. Now, I cannot deny that money is still important, but there are more important things beyond making money.

Why do I have this realization?

It stems from some recent events involving people close to me.

When I was 20, I was often brainwashed by the internet into believing that one should be established and successful by the age of 30, essentially becoming a winner in life. However, this goes against the natural laws of development. People grow through practical experience, and success often comes later in life. This is the way of nature, much like eating—meals must be taken one bite at a time to grow, not consuming a year's worth of energy in a single day.

Two of my friends made a lot of money at a young age by riding the wave of the times, but they lacked the wisdom and mental fortitude to manage their wealth. They became arrogant and reckless, leading to their downfall and being brought down from their pedestals.

Money should be earned slowly, without rushing. During times when there is no business, it's important not to feel anxious. Instead, focus on improving oneself, cultivating a sense of security and awareness of potential risks. In this context, I believe that learning art is crucial. A love for art, combined with knowledge and courage, is essential for entrepreneurs and business owners in the new era, embodying the idea that "the elegant ones shall reign."

Experiencing the happiness of life has a foundation in economic conditions, but the upper structure is built on emotional experiences. Poor emotional qualities lead to low aesthetic appreciation, which in turn results in a lower happiness index, perhaps even a very low one. Many people, including myself, may already possess a lot—a car worth hundreds of thousands and a house worth millions—yet still feel a sense of emptiness, always thinking that more money is needed, and losing the ability to appreciate the beauty of life.

In fact, beyond making money, air, sunlight, health, and simply living well are already significant sources of happiness. From there, one can focus on making more money to improve the quality of life and lead a more dignified existence. People often say that one should be established by the age of 30, but why not at 50?

As one gets older, having experience, wisdom, practical skills, accumulation, capability, and broad horizons ensures that when wealth does come, it is less likely to slip away. All achievements are based on strength, not just on opportunities. What is gained through opportunities will eventually be lost if one lacks the strength to sustain it.

For me, running a display stand business is certainly important, but when the business grows, my financial management skills and product development capabilities lag behind. I also lack a strong sense of market trends and product aesthetics. These are areas that require dedicated time for learning. Time invested in learning yields results. In the past, when I was poor, I had time but did not use it to learn. Now, fortunately, I have the time and the willingness to learn.
