昨天是8月份的第一天,一大早合作第三次的老客户就转来了50%定金+押金,到账消息发到群里,幸福来的这么突然!
这次下单的是一批珠宝烤漆包装盒,老客户之所以可以连续下单,是因为对你产品质量的认可,也是对你人品认可后的动作,这种来之不易的幸福,我称他为“蜜糖型幸福”。
回顾上个月,光是同一个客户就分别下了3笔订单,总下单11个订单,最近这几个月,运气特别好,订单不少,好几个还是大品牌客户,大家都觉得做制造业要赊账要低价,但是我们厂不是这样的,成立30年靠降低价格来抢客户的年代已经过去了。
接下去的30年,我要诚心诚意做好展柜和陈列道具的生意,办厂以来一直遵循三不原则:不做赊账生意、不做比价生意,不做穷人生意。鑫峰展柜厂要逐步对标大品牌展柜、陈列道具的品质与设计感,夯实百强品牌的供应商地位。
这位珠宝客户就是“大鲸客户”,不仅采购量大,也不讨价还价,付款还很爽快,不过我们的准客户都是有钱付款快并且对品质要求极高的,二者不可颠倒;大鲸客户,在行业内知名度高,会带来一群好客户,如此反复下去,我们鑫峰展柜厂的品质会越做越好,我的愿景就是让客户有奢侈品品牌的展示效果和高性价比。
这批珠宝包装盒是第一次制作,样板就反复做了2遍,在研发样板上花了不少心思,好在我们的客户是全力支持我的,她经常跟我说:
“章小姐,你样板要根据图纸保质保量的完成啊,一定要效果好,样板当中要是还有什么需要开模、额外采购产生的费用,你再报给我们公司,我们会付这些费用的”
这按照网络说法,真是什么神仙客户啊!打样不仅已经付了样板费,还担心样板中会产生什么额外的费用给我们带来困扰,太多例子许多厂家因为经费的关系而偷工减料的制作,最终等了大半个月样品还是达不到客户的效果,价格是便宜,满足不了需求,一样白搭,浪费了时间浪费了金钱。
我们收了客户的样板费,前期客户会和我们工程、设计,多方讨论,光是材质就确认了6遍,始终有色差,最终我们还是决定自己定制了这种材质,定制有起订量,可能是用一半,浪费了一半,哪怕别的工厂想仿,这一时半会还仿不出来,整了点不为人知的东西出来。
这都是客户给的底气,她和我们的制作想法不谋而合,便宜的东西除了便宜一身毛病,贵的产品除了贵没有毛病,为了好产品,常常是不计成本的去制作。大中国有5亿中产,有太多消费的起奢侈品珠宝的准客户,所以不论是从珠宝的包装,珠宝展柜,珠宝道具,都一定是要非常精致、别出心裁的,我们厂家也要有匠人精神。

Yesterday was the first day of August, and early in the morning, an old customer who has placed orders with us three times already transferred 50% deposit plus a deposit. The confirmation of the transaction was shared in the group chat, and happiness came so suddenly!
This order was for a batch of jewelry lacquer packaging boxes. The reason why this returning customer continues to place orders is due to their satisfaction with the quality of our products and their trust in us. This kind of hard-won happiness, I call it "honeypot happiness."
Reflecting on the previous month, this single customer placed three separate orders, totaling eleven orders. Recently, luck has been on our side with a steady stream of orders, including several from big-name brands. Many people think that in manufacturing, you have to extend credit and offer low prices, but our factory operates differently. The era of relying on price cuts to attract customers after thirty years of operation is over.
For the next thirty years, I intend to sincerely focus on the business of display cabinets and exhibition props, adhering to the three no's policy: no credit sales, no price comparisons, and no business with those who cannot afford our services. XinFeng Display Cabinets aims to align itself with the quality and design sensibilities of major brands, reinforcing our position among the top suppliers.
This jewelry customer is a "whale customer," placing substantial orders without haggling over prices and paying promptly. Our prospective clients are those who can pay quickly and demand high quality; these two aspects cannot be reversed. Whale customers, renowned within the industry, bring in more good clients, and this cycle helps improve the quality of our products at XinFeng Display Cabinets. My vision is to provide clients with a luxury brand display effect and high cost-effectiveness.
This is the first time we are producing these jewelry packaging boxes, and we have iterated the prototypes twice, putting considerable effort into their development. Fortunately, our client supports us wholeheartedly, often saying:
"Ms. Zhang, please ensure that the prototypes are completed according to the drawings with high quality. If there are any additional costs incurred during the prototyping process, such as mold opening or extra purchases, please inform our company, and we will cover those expenses."
In internet parlance, this is truly a dream client! Not only have they already paid the prototype fees, but they are also concerned about any potential extra costs that might arise, which could cause us trouble. Too many examples exist of manufacturers cutting corners due to budget constraints, resulting in samples that fail to meet customer expectations after waiting for half a month. Although cheaper, they do not satisfy the needs, thus wasting time and money.
After collecting the prototype fees from the client, we engaged in extensive discussions with our engineering and design teams. We confirmed the materials six times but still encountered color discrepancies. Ultimately, we decided to custom-make the material ourselves. Custom materials have minimum order quantities, and we might end up using only half while the rest goes to waste. Even if other factories wanted to imitate us, they couldn’t replicate it in the short term, adding a unique element to our product.
This confidence stems from our client's support. Their thinking aligns perfectly with ours: cheap products tend to be problematic except for their low price, whereas high-quality products have no issues apart from their cost. For excellent products, we often spare no expense in their creation. With 500 million middle-class consumers in China, there are plenty of potential customers who can afford luxury jewelry. Therefore, whether it’s jewelry packaging, display cabinets, or props, they must be exquisitely crafted and innovative. Our factory must also embrace the spirit of craftsmanship.
