昨晚熬到了1点把今天的工作安排好（虽然还有一家澳门和一家新加坡的店铺报价没有整理完），一大早8点出发参加厂二代GOGOGO的活动，期待激动。

加入厂二代的群是无意在小红书刷到的，抱着好奇，就付费加入了，组织每次都有很多活动可以参加，终于这次这个活动跟我有点相关，一我是好奇数字工厂，二是这个工厂是做家居的，多少跟展柜生产沾一些边，果断缴费参加。

我是早上9点20到的索菲亚公司，有7、8位厂二代GOGOGO的小伙伴已经提前到了，都是第一次见面，大型网友见面会，索菲亚公司还特别贴心给我们准备了早餐糕点和茶水，怕我们一大早是空腹来的。

差不多9点40人都到齐了，见到了厂二代的创始人Sherry和管理者Wendy，觉得现在女孩子都太有想法了，又漂亮又有才华家境又好，竟然能组织3000多名厂二代在一起，有无穷的能量。

接下去我们先在研发中心大楼参观了索菲亚最新的样板间展厅，整整5层楼，我想着我们工厂搞一个像样的样板间都要投入好大，因为要搭建出一整个商业店铺，人家能干出5层楼，5层楼都是不同的产品，全品类都有，我也没太记住。

索菲亚的讲解员告诉我，现在都是做全品类，以前起家是做地板，后来是因为衣柜特别出名。这就跟我们厂一样，小企业就要聚焦做，在一个领域一个产品上做精做透做到可以对标全球一线品牌的标准，我一直不想把工厂做成一个百货超市，啥都有啥都不精。但是大企业有实力干啥都可以了。

看完研发大楼大巴车接我们去工厂，这是大家都特别想看的。国内行业先进的自主设计投产的家居板材制造流水线，上下料、算料、开料、钻孔、包装等都可以用机械代替，就派一个师傅捡捡料就可以，完全实现低成本高效率。

最让我感到震撼的是索菲亚的20多米的立体智能分拣仓库!能够以个人客户订单为单位分拣!高大的仓储模式，节省了空间的同时也能增大仓储量!COOL！(刚开始我觉得好像高达发射台啊!)

看完工厂去12楼听分享会，大约2点左右去公司食堂吃午餐，餐厅太漂亮了，粤菜是米其林大厨水准，比酒店还好吃。

Last night, I stayed up until 1am to arrange my work for today. Exciting and expecting, I set off at 8am to attend the GOGOGO event.

The group about the second generation of the factory was accidentally seen by the Little Red Book, a Chinese APP. I was filled with curiosity, so I paid to join it. The organization has many activities to participate in. Finally, this activity has something to do with me. On the one hand, I am curious about the digital factory. On the other hand, the factory is to do household, with some side of the display case production, so I resolutely paid to participate.

I arrived at Sofia at 9:20 in the morning, and seven or eight of Gogogo's friends from the second generation of the factory had arrived ahead of schedule. It was the first time we met and it was a large-scale online meet-and-greet. Sofia company also specially prepared for us to breakfast cakes and tea, fearing that we came early in the morning on an empty stomach.

At about 9:40, everyone arrived. We met Sherry, the founder of the second generation of the factory, and Wendy, the manager. I thought that girls nowadays were all too thoughtful, beautiful, talented, and well-off. How enegetic was she that she was able to organize more than 3000 factory second-generation together!

Next, we visited Sofia's latest showroom in the R & D Center building. For the entire five floors, I thought our factory would have to invest a lot to build a decent showroom for a whole commercial shop. But they has done 5 floors with different products and the whole category. I do not remember all.

Sofia docent told me, they started to do the floor, and later because the closet is particularly famous,tehy changed to the whole category. This was just like our factory. Small enterprises should focus on doing in one field and one product to do a good job to achieve the standard of benchmarking global first-line brands. I have always wanted to not make our factory into a department store, everything has but nothig is good. But big business can do whatever it wants with strenth.

After seeing the R & D building bus to pick us up to the factory, which was everyone particularly want to see. The domestic industry's advanced, self-designed, production-ready assembly line for household panel manufacturing can be replaced by machines for loading, unloading, calculating, opening, drilling, packaging, etc. . It can be done by sending a master to pick up the materials, which completely realizing low cost with high efficiency.

I was most shocked by Sofia's more than 20 meters of three-dimensional intelligent sorting warehouse! It is able to individually sort customer orders! High storage mode saved space at the same time can increase the storage! Cool! At first I felt it was like a Gundam.

We are very grateful to all the staff of Sofia for receiving us early in the morning on the weekend. They not only gave us huge group purchase benefits, but more importantly, invited their head of intelligent production management system to give us a comprehensive explanation of how Sofia's intelligent production is implemented.
