昨晚一位互联网好友发了vx给我,他是在深圳水贝做珠宝的,现在也做直播。
现在自动化,数字化工厂是一个趋势,所以我也在悄悄关注这一块,但是我也很认可一句话,不能为了数字化而硬去做数字化,工厂还是以效益,盈利为第一,有些环节是不可以用机器代替的,这是我去索菲亚工厂最大的感受,人家那么大的企业都在不断优化,许多环节一定要人工去制作。
出于低成本、高效率、长寿命的初衷去做这件事。当然我说的低成本不是说少花钱,而是从10几20几年来看,一次性投入多,但是平摊到每一年却很少,效益能提高,逐步的少人化自动化。
这位深圳水贝的老板看到我去了索菲亚参访之后,特地来发了一条vx给我:
“我觉得当时找你做那个柜台就好了,我那柜台做了3800一米,还做得不好,做烂了”
其实不止一次有客人跟我这样说过,之前有一家天津的钻石店老板也是这样,他们还是在深圳一家柜台厂做的,一样都做破了。虽然我厂里的价格会高一些,但是做珠宝的,尤其是针对高端群体,我现在不是说网上卖几百块的那种珠宝,有钱人是不缺钱的,他们需要一种体面、享受尊贵的服务。
我们的客户都是针对这样的群体,自然我做的展柜也要配得上这样的人群,把所有的细节做到位就需要付出大量的材料和人工成本。
以前做柜台是能用就行,缝缝补补又三年。现在我转变思路了,要让客人一次性投入使用9年,9年如一新,而不是3年一换,9年3换。看起来是一次性投入多了,平摊到9年的成本里又算什么呢?
这跟我做自动化是一样,看起来是一次性投入2百万,但是我们还要继续再做30年,这30年产生的效益远远不止。
客人又说,感觉你们是做实事的,懂得去学习。这我不能否认。
尤其是做展柜制造这种冷门行业,太小众了,没人去推动,大家都是想着各自挣点钱就算了。也可能是我们厂二代比较自信,做产品不是从省钱的角度出发,而是从这个产品怎么做更美观怎么做客人会更满意,哪怕这样做工厂要付出更多的成本,工人老是抱怨这样制作困难,还是依然坚持自己的想法,必须要改,必须要按照我的想法去实现,你实现不了,那是你水平不够。
所以我一直对自己的行业充满信心充满动力,赚钱很重要,但是不着急,把接的每一笔订单做好交付,把制造质量提高到TOP1%,怎么还会缺订单呢?

Although the price in my factory will be higher, jewelry makers, especially those targeting high-end groups, need a decent and dignified service to give to customers as rich people don't lack money. Our customers all aim at such groups, naturally I do the display cases worthy of such a crowd. All the details in place will need to pay a lot of materials and labor costs.
Now I changed the idea, to let the custoners a one-time use of 9 years, using 9 years but as a new thing, rather than 3 years a change, 9 Years 3 change. It seems like a lot of one-time investment, but spread over the cost of nine years, what is it?
It's the same as when I do automation. It looks like a one-time investment of $2 million, but we're going to do it for another 30 years, and the benefits are going to be much greater than that.
The customer also said, he felt we are doing real things, knowing how to learn.I can't deny that.
Especially do display case manufacturing , an unpopular industry, is too small to have someone to promote. Everyone is thinking about their own money even if. It may also be that the second generation of the factory is more confident. We don't make the product from the perspective of saving money, but from the perspective of how to make the product more beautiful and how to make the customer more satisfied, even if it costs the factory more to do so, and workers are always complaining about the production difficulties. Even though we still keep to our own ideas that it must be changed and must be in accordance with my idea to achieve. If you can not achieve, that is your level is not enough.
So I have been confident and active in our own industry. Making money is important, but do not worry. If we take each order well enough, do a good delivery and make the manufacturing quality to the top 1% , how can there be a lack of orders?
